    Listened to this podcast three times and went from a motivated buyer walking in negotiations to persuading her to not only come back but pay exactly what I wanted. Lots of gold in this one

    I find the podcasts really helpful! You guys should post the questions you guys ask with the time stamp in the description. It'll be easier for viewers to skip to parts of the podcast if they are looking for certain answers. :)

    2:50 I believe the attempt at mirroring came just a bit too late to work properly.
    1:26:56 They could have, but they didn't.
    1:35:44 That sounded much too...as the Dutch say "gemaakt", which translates to "made."

    Never mirror if you get into a bar fight. I happened to bump into this dude and he goes "do you got a problem?" and I mirrored, "you got a problem?"....let's say things did not go well.

    Question. During the fire rnd and the role play, didn't Chris name a price first? I thought you were never supposed to do that? Did I miss something?

    • @legacyShredder1
      @legacyShredder1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      He said 300k was what a "Realtor friend" said it was worth, not what he wanted. In that case he would have been trying to bait the potential buyer into "Expensive house for cheap. Take it nao!"

    • @sagm33
      @sagm33 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Seems like you both misunderstood the roleplay of the Firerownd. It was Brandon that had to cough up the $300k number and it was Chris that made him do it.

    • @legacyShredder1

    Doing negotiations with a wholesaler,That’s a whole lot less common than doing real estate negotiations with an actual realtor. I would find it so much more Educational if he will played both the buyer and the seller against an agent

    I believe your being selfish if you don't give the people who are "fishing for advice" the help they need. Maybe I misunderstood that part but it would be a damn shame if you didn't help the person fishing for advice after having a youtube channel dedicated to helping people. Looking forward for more content and thank you, wish I could support it some how, but I'm a broke college student unfortunately.

    Does mirroring always have to be used as a question. What if someone tells me. "My child is cute" Should I then say: "Your child is cute?" Or should it be formulated as a statement like: "Indeed, your child is cute."

    • @shiradiana
      @shiradiana 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not as a question. (In this case would sound insulting.) If I understand correctly, repeat as a statement: "Cute."

  • @jethro9341
    @jethro9341 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I don't see how his negotiation tactics work. Maybe it was just that short role playing scenario, but I found it very annoying and condescending.
