I started using enchilada sauce and black beans in my ground beef about a year ago and haven’t looked back since, absolute flavor game changer! The cream cheese is a nice touch too I’m definitely going to try this recipe🙌🏼
enchilada sauce instead of water is so genius god damn, if you were to add beans to this for more protein would you go with black or pinto? thanks bro recipe looks fire!
oh my gosh YES, so thankful you still post!! Your brownie and apple sauce cake (cant even remember what it actually was) recipes were my go to when meeting my fitness goal previously, and i loved all your videos so much. i am now a month post partum and up 70 lbs from this pregnancy. Instantly thought of your videos again to help me get back to my prepregnancy body and now theres so many more videos!!! Hope youve been well from a long time fan. Going to smash my goals
Keep your onions in the fridge. The cold temperature stops the burning compounds in the onion juice from getting in the air as much. A really sharp knife helps, too.
I have been on WW for 1 year and lost 25# , lowered my Triglycerides by 200 points and dropped my A1C a whole point back in range. I love your recipes and they are a good change from some of the WW ones I always see. Love Love LOVE your desserts. Obviously sweets had been a problem
Mix in some water with the ground beef before cooking so it’s all evenly incorporated, it makes it way easier to break up in the pan. Comes out in smaller pieces and the water evaporates off.
First!! I never do this but you're a legend man, your channel's helping me a lot to lose weight and just wanted you to know that you're doing god's work man. Lotsa love!
Made these with a cholula chipotle taco seasoning packet and I really recommend using a Smokey seasoning, it goes so well with the cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Goated recipe tysm
Looks delicious & totally trying this. Don’t recall ever having had chipotle. I’ll try one way with recipe as is then I may also try cottage cheese instead of cream cheese just to see how they compare.
I answered earlier but the answer disappeared. Chopped onions release a chemical and the flame causes it to dissipate rapidly. Don't need a big candle, a votive will do.
hello for onions its SIMPLE just put beside a piece of wet paper towel then start cutting. the molecule that make you in tears will go directly and get absorbed by the wet paper towel instead of going trough your eyes(it goes to the nearest hydrated source). sorry for my english i hope you get it. cheers
Man I pinky promise this is not an exaggeration. Made these and me and the gf each had one. A few minutes after we finished one, we simultaneously wanted another. Absolutely phenomenal and so easy to make. Thank you for sharing this
I just made these today, certified calorie friendly and tasted amazing. This is def one of those videos where if you follow along you’ll get exactly what you expect
I might try it out! But in general, I’ve been slowly bulking for the past 3 years and I eat the foods I show you. For example for this burrito, I’d pair it with some guac and dip each bite in guac which adds cals
Protein breakdown on recipe I used: ~ 28 g protein per ⬇️ serving (Rahul thank you, great recipe) Tortillas 4g each *6 = 24 grams of protein plainfat free Cream cheese (he used 56 g see caption) = 2 oz = 6g protein 200 g greek yogurt (plain nonfat) = 7.055 oz =20g protein I lb 96% lean ground beef =96g protein Light blend mexican blend cheese (I used great value reduced fat) = ⬇️ 28g (1/3 cup) = 7 g = 1g of reduced fat light blend cheese = .25 g protein therefore 60 g reduced fat light blend cheese= 15g protein 1 green pepper (~118 grams or 2 3/4" long 2 1/2 " diameter) = ~1 g protein 1 medium Onion - 2 1/2 " diameter = 1 g protein 1 cup great value frozen corn = ~ 4 g protein (He didn't specify how much corn he used) 24 +6 +20 +96 +15 +1 +1 +4 = ~167 g protein for entire recipe above = ~ 167 ÷ 6 =27.8 g protein This, of course, depends on the amount and brand of ingredients used. If more corn is used, add more protein to the entire recipe and divide it by 6. Enjoy! Rahul, thanks again!
Be very careful pre heating a non stick pan. It will off gas and put out toxic chemicals into the air. If you want to get a really good sear use cast iron. A lot less likely to cause issues
This is a great recipe but I would definitely add more fat. Fat also keeps you satiated for longer. Loads of essential nutrients are fat soluble. If you want to actually absorb the nutrients you are eating, you need to be eating fat with them. I.e. you should be eating a decent amount of fat with every meal.
Bru u used one packet of 96 grams of protein beef. And you made 6 burritos. 96/6 = 16. So it is about 20 grams per burrito at max. Even if you include the tortillas. So it is not 30 grams of protein. It is possible if you add more beef. But a great recipe. Thanks for the video
Depends on how you perceive it. I have 150+ recipes in there and I’m constantly adding more. I could break it up into 3 cookbooks, each with 50 recipes and charge $25 per cookbook. Instead, I chose to have 1 cookbook and add recipes to it and give people updates for free. Also the impact the cookbook could have on your life is priceless
$50 for a cookbook is actually a pretty solid price if it has 150 recipes in it. Salt Fat Acid Heat has about 100 recipes in it and goes for $35 and is almost universally praised. I'd say Rahul's pricing is pretty on point for what he offers.
@retropunk24 that's literally a professional chef compared to a youtube/social media personality with relatively lower viewership. There might be pretty good meal ideas but there is the same book for cheaper in sure

I just want to tell you that your cookbook has helped me lose almost 10 lbs in the past couple months, it is amazing. Thank you so much Rahul
I’m so glad! Great work, that’s awesome you lost 10 lbs!
I started using enchilada sauce and black beans in my ground beef about a year ago and haven’t looked back since, absolute flavor game changer! The cream cheese is a nice touch too I’m definitely going to try this recipe🙌🏼
Tell me how you like this recipe after you try it!
enchilada sauce instead of water is so genius god damn, if you were to add beans to this for more protein would you go with black or pinto? thanks bro recipe looks fire!
I like both black and pinto! Both are awesome, pick which one you like more. I’m feeling black beans in this
oh my gosh YES, so thankful you still post!!

You also have to say the leaner the meat. It loses more flavor. The fatter the meat the more tasty it is.
it would change the macros but could replace beef with lentils, black beans, or maybe chickpeas.
Good idea for a veg version
Or soy crumbles!
Keep your onions in the fridge. The cold temperature stops the burning compounds in the onion juice from getting in the air as much. A really sharp knife helps, too.
Really? Didn’t know about the fridge technique
You can pop the top of the green pepper so you waste less pepper andis pretty easy to do. The recipe sounds awesome need to try it sometime.
Trueeee!
You don't need to bother with the horizontal slices on the onions - they already come in layers that separate on their own!
to chop the beef i used a potato masher it's works well and i don't need to take it out of the pan
Smartttt I need to get a potato masher
I have been on WW for 1 year and lost 25# , lowered my Triglycerides by 200 points and dropped my A1C a whole point back in range. I love your recipes and they are a good change from some of the WW ones I always see. Love Love LOVE your desserts. Obviously sweets had been a problem

Another fantastic recipie my friend!!🎉❤😊
Thank you my man!
Made these with a cholula chipotle taco seasoning packet and I really recommend using a Smokey seasoning, it goes so well with the cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Goated recipe tysm
I don't know anything about this channel, but the algo recommended queso burritos so by god, I'm clicking on question burritos. These look amazing!
Lets goooo! Welcome!
I’m ABSOLUTELY making these!!
Lets goooo
Let us know how it taste
Looks delicious & totally trying this. Don’t recall ever having had chipotle. I’ll try one way with recipe as is then I may also try cottage cheese instead of cream cheese just to see how they compare.
Let me know how you like this!
Rahul! Try wearing swim goggles when you chop onions-it works great!!
Thanks for the great burritos!!! ❤
Hahaha I gotta do this 😭
Tip: Burn a candle nearby when you chopped onions and it should stop the watery eyes. Looks delicious! Thank you!!
Are you serious!? How does this even work
@@RahulKamat Yes, serious. The flame nearby burns up the chemical being released when cutting the onion that irritates your eyes. Give it a try.
@@RahulKamat i hope he's trolling, please try and lemme know if i should STACK UP candles
That’s insane, I never would have thought
I answered earlier but the answer disappeared. Chopped onions release a chemical and the flame causes it to dissipate rapidly. Don't need a big candle, a votive will do.
Thank u! I am absolutely making these!
Enjoy!
I should buy your book as I love your recipes they look Soo good 😊
You’re gonna love the cookbook, so many exclusive recipes in there!
whole wheat tortillas are good for satiety and health, they have some extra protein in them too
Got the cookbook!
Can't wait to try those peanut butter protein bars 🔥
Lets gooo! You’re gonna love them, they are insane
Hi this is excellent! All the family loved it
Water on the cutting board will help with he onions. Also, they make a hamburger chopper that breaks up the meat easily. Thanks for the vid!
hello for onions its SIMPLE just put beside a piece of wet paper towel then start cutting. the molecule that make you in tears will go directly and get absorbed by the wet paper towel instead of going trough your eyes(it goes to the nearest hydrated source). sorry for my english i hope you get it. cheers
definitely going to make these this week.
Lets gooo
Hi Rahul!!! I love your cookbook can you please separate by item example: beef, chicken, muffin it would make looking for recipe much easier
Man I pinky promise this is not an exaggeration. Made these and me and the gf each had one. A few minutes after we finished one, we simultaneously wanted another. Absolutely phenomenal and so easy to make. Thank you for sharing this
Lets goooo! I’m so glad y’all liked it bro
I just made these today, certified calorie friendly and tasted amazing. This is def one of those videos where if you follow along you’ll get exactly what you expect
Keep the onions in the fridge and they will give off less gas.
Fr!?
Curious why you need the yogurt?
More protein and makes it creamy!
adds the tanginess as well could squeeze some lime and use coconut milk instead or something as well probably
Replaces sour cream
I made this today🥳 It's so great.
The jacket suits you 6:12
Thank you :)
Try placing a wet scott towel next to where you are cutting the onion.
Bro you got huge! Congrats from Andhra Pradesh
Thank you bro!
Could you use very lean cut steak or chicken breast? The texture of ground beef has always been unappealing to me.
"Beat the shit outta your meat" 🤣 I really tried not to laugh.
😶
would you ever consider doing bulking foods? i already lost 87lbs and im trying to eat a little over maintenance to maximize muscle growth
I might try it out! But in general, I’ve been slowly bulking for the past 3 years and I eat the foods I show you. For example for this burrito, I’d pair it with some guac and dip each bite in guac which adds cals
@@RahulKamat understood! you're an inspiration bro!!
@weakness000 appreciate you bro! That means a lot
Rahul: Now please don't touch your meat for 3 minutes.
Gooners: 👁👄👁?
Protein breakdown on recipe I used: ~ 28 g protein per ⬇️ serving (Rahul thank you, great recipe)
Tortillas 4g each *6 = 24 grams of protein
plainfat free Cream cheese (he used 56 g see caption) = 2 oz = 6g protein
200 g greek yogurt (plain nonfat) = 7.055 oz =20g protein
I lb 96% lean ground beef =96g protein
Light blend mexican blend cheese (I used great value reduced fat) = ⬇️
28g (1/3 cup) = 7 g = 1g of reduced fat light blend cheese = .25 g protein therefore
60 g reduced fat light blend cheese= 15g protein
1 green pepper (~118 grams or 2 3/4" long 2 1/2 " diameter) = ~1 g protein
1 medium Onion - 2 1/2 " diameter = 1 g protein
1 cup great value frozen corn = ~ 4 g protein
(He didn't specify how much corn he used)
24 +6 +20 +96 +15 +1 +1 +4
= ~167 g protein for entire recipe above
= ~ 167 ÷ 6 =27.8 g protein
This, of course, depends on the amount and brand of ingredients used. If more corn is used, add more protein to the entire recipe and divide it by 6.

Fat isn't the villain you think it is. But cool idea, with some adjustments.
I agree it’s not, very important to have fats in our diet
its an easy macro to cut out if you want more weight loss
I can't find that fat free cream cheese anywhere. Where do you get that at?
If you dont want onions to make you cry just put a damp paper towel under them when cutting.
This helps??
Pop onions in the freezer, you won't cry at all. Just chop them before they r completely frozen, of course
I'm going to make this! I prep but usually the same things. Thank you and here's to 2025!
I am making this shit. 😎
Lets goooo
This is a great recipe but I would definitely add more fat. Fat also keeps you satiated for longer.

I sometimes dip the burritos in guac, adds fat and so tasty
@RahulKamat amazing idea!
This shit is so fire it made 8 burritos for me n i still had aome of the mix leftover
Rahul always getting full🤤
So smart!
I make burritos similar to that. Any leftovers raste good in a burrito🎉🎉
awesomeeee
Onions are evil😂😂
FR!
Aww man. Its times like thie when i wish i ate other than fish and chicken ( i cant get past the mental barrie) Regardless Good shit!
Looks good...
🎉🎉
Get some stainless or cast iron pans man. That teflon chemical shit aint good.
Gau mata 😢

Bro you’re not counting the greek yogurt, cheese, fat free cream cheese which all have protein
@RahulKamat yep you are right. We can make it to 30 grams of protein.
How do the forever chemicals from the black pan taste?
I'm sorry but $50 for your cookbook is way over priced..........
Edit: normally $74.... that's crazy
Depends on how you perceive it. I have 150+ recipes in there and I’m constantly adding more. I could break it up into 3 cookbooks, each with 50 recipes and charge $25 per cookbook. Most cookbooks cost triple this. You probably won’t be buying anything then.
