You also have to say the leaner the meat. It loses more flavor. The fatter the meat the more tasty it is.

Keep your onions in the fridge. The cold temperature stops the burning compounds in the onion juice from getting in the air as much. A really sharp knife helps, too.

Mix in some water with the ground beef before cooking so it’s all evenly incorporated, it makes it way easier to break up in the pan. Comes out in smaller pieces and the water evaporates off.

Protein breakdown on recipe I used: ~ 28 g protein per ⬇️ serving (Rahul thank you, great recipe)
    Tortillas 4g each *6 = 24 grams of protein
plainfat free Cream cheese (he used 56 g see caption) = 2 oz = 6g protein
    200 g greek yogurt (plain nonfat) = 7.055 oz =20g protein
I lb 96% lean ground beef =96g protein
Light blend mexican blend cheese (I used great value reduced fat) = ⬇️
    28g (1/3 cup) = 7 g = 1g of reduced fat light blend cheese = .25 g protein therefore
    60 g reduced fat light blend cheese= 15g protein
    1 green pepper (~118 grams or 2 3/4" long 2 1/2 " diameter) = ~1 g protein
    1 medium Onion - 2 1/2 " diameter = 1 g protein
    1 cup great value frozen corn = ~ 4 g protein
(He didn't specify how much corn he used)
    24 +6 +20 +96 +15 +1 +1 +4
= ~167 g protein for entire recipe above
    = ~ 167 ÷ 6 =27.8 g protein
This, of course, depends on the amount and brand of ingredients used. If more corn is used, add more protein to the entire recipe and divide it by 6.
    Enjoy! Rahul, thanks again!

Loads of essential nutrients are fat soluble. If you want to actually absorb the nutrients you are eating, you need to be eating fat with them. I.e. you should be eating a decent amount of fat with every meal.
