I LOVE my brz. Such an affordable, fun daily. The new gen is not slow at all after 2nd gear but 0-60 launch is soo slow. Its definitely a momentum car.
Good choice, enjoy it. I love mine. Put an axel back on it so I could hear it better, and make sure you pull the diaper pad carbon filter out of the air box. Free mod that’ll increase power by 8-10hp and the car breathes NOTICEABLY better. Less sputtery, coughing starts and idles. Clutch feel is terrible for someone who’s not used to it, but it get much better once you’re familiar with the car. The manual is excellent. I wish steering had a little more feel, but that’s life. The base model was an excellent choice. Those 17s, especially in cali, will be fun af to drift without killing yourself.
if you have to come to a stop and you're in for example gear 5, do you have to downshift from every other gear to be back at neutral, or can u just go from gear 5 to neutral? also I was looking into this car the other day it looks nice.
@@haboot2752 it’s always better to learn how to downshift but it not necessary. You can go straight to neutral from 5th. And yes it’s a great beginner car I would recommend it!

It’s was like 30k from a dealer but you could probably find some for around 20k ! I just wanted mine stock so I could do all the mods myself. And yes it’s a c6 grand sport !

Pretty clean and good value compared to supra or even Porsche. But I prefer the FRS since its dirt cheap and still looks good.
