Wow dude.. I didnt realize graphics could be this damn amazing in the early 2000s. Its been more than 20 years since i played in an actual arcade but this looks so dope. I bet the full arcade cabinet with the steering and pedal setup with movement is cool as fuck.
Oh hey look, I found my childhood. Basically, there was an Outrun 2 arcade machine at a place I went to every now and then, and my cousin suggested I tried it out. Loved the F40/50 or whatever it was. In hindsight, I probably wasn’t that good, but the game looks pretty intense; you’re not really gaining time with each checkpoint, you’re getting by with the skin of your teeth! Sure, the actual textures are still aged, but the lighting and shadows hold up to modern standard half the time, and that just amazes me! I miss playing this thing.
*A Ending:* "Hey, babe! I picked you a...whoa. That's a huge bouquet of tulips you got there...." "Yep! I have my fans. Now, what were you saying?" "Oh...nevermind." *B Ending:* "Hey, we're in Paris! Let's go shopping!" "Okay, babe!" "I want this and this and that and this..." "Uh...babe?" "...and that and this and that and..." "GAH!" FWOOMPH clunk clop clop.... *C Ending:* "Damn! We're stuck in this godforsaken desert! What do we do now?" "I know! Let's break out the champagne and get drunk!" "Great idea, babe!" *D Ending:* "Ready?" "Yeah, let me set the timer on the camera and...there we go!" "Strike a pose!" "All right! Hey, babe, let's get a little more cozy with each GAH! The tripod fell over!" CLICK! *E Ending:* "Hey, babe! Check this view out!" "It's so romantic!" "I'll say! Come here and let me give you a WHOLLLPH!!!...I'm okay...I'm okay." Half the fun of the OutRun games is discovering all of the endings. But that woman is bad luck, man! :-D

This was the first game I played. My parents really supported me; they brought steering wheel and bigger screen, but as a kid, I didn't know. I remembered spending hours to beat easiest part (A ending). I truly loved this game as a child. Thanks for uploading this!!! Now I can see all map without finding my Xbox and game to play it (;

I supposed to have trip back to my home country by covid 19 got me. If it's working I might be doing all route mode. (You know the one with all level)

Actually the Castle Stage looked awesome! It reminds me a bit of a similar castle stage in Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast! And the Greek islands stage with the temples, windmills and the white bleached houses looked majestic!

Pop down Southend, they have two Ferrari car cabinets linked in the arcades along the seafront. £2 a go but well worth it.

Bruh the RPM meter says x1000 but is still numbered in 10s meaning the car spends most of the video at 85,000 RPM.
