Can you use this to the wall adjacent next to the attached bathroom. The wall is moist and affected my wooden cabinet. My cabinetbackboard became mouldy. Pls don't ask me to waterproof my bathroom as it is costly especially stripping out the nice tiling. I want a cheaper solution.
Yes, you may use this. However, it might just be temporary. From your bathroom side, you dont have to strip off the beautiful tiles yet. Just redo the grouting lines especially the corners, edges & drainage outlets. This might just solve your issue.

I am wondering why and what type of paint could this be? It seems to be enamel paint and not water based emulsion paint. Could it be teflon infused paint? If it is non-stick, will paint stick to it when painting over existing paint? Thanks😊

1. clean the surface thoroughly 2. apply nippon flex 200 for a min of 2 coatings.
So this can be applied directly to new plastered cement walls and painted. No need to apply a wall putty?
Preferably not on painted wall, to improve adhesion and durability.

How about sanding the surface a little, to make it rough and stickable.

Flexi-seal is water based, and exhibits the filler and flexi membrane properties for cracked lines repair.
Flex 200 can be used on top finish coat, where as you need to apply finish coat/paint on top of flexiseal.
