@@PeterHoldy Patience, my friend, patience. She need more support and peer pressure 😀 (visit some popular pg spots in the summer). Be like a water droplets vs the rock. Eventually, she'll gonna love it :).
She should never say 'never' :D. Don't rush & force things, fear of flying is totally understandable :). Maybe she just need talk and hear what female pilots would say :D Who knows, maybe someday!? :)

мне кажется неудобно ходить с крылом в обратном старте, держа А ряды двумя руками. Я держу всегда одной рукой все А ряды, а другой управляю обеими клевантами (с закрытыми глазами). Такой способ как у вас хорош только при быстром старте и сильном ветре.
I like my hands free. Different people use different techniques. In strong winds and easy spots i do not using bought hands. But in tight spots i using brakes and A in same time😁
Hi Peter, I`m thinking about glider and the sand. they are not very good friends, so do you cleaning sand from the glider? what about salt from the sand? and what is your glider model?
My gliders is BGD-Cure and i flying my glider up side down to shake sand off. Then if you wish to clean it just use clean water and smooth cloth ! Do not use any chemical or cleaning liquids!
Hi John. Motor is allowed here 😉 it is expensive , heavy, big, noisy. I like them to fly do not take me wrong 🤣 but prefer quiet and light. In paramotoring you get lonely so is good if you have friends to fly with. Just flying quietly over people who are walking bellow you and they even know you are there 😁
@@PeterHoldy I used live there for 23 years Pete about 15 Km away.. I stayed on those dunes 2 years ago .. i can highly recommend the peace of renting a hut on the beach .. What struck me was your courage mate along those cliffs.. lets be honest its not a sport for thin skinned poeple :-)

For ridge soaring I can highly recomend north denmark westcoast at Løkken, there you have atleast 10km of dunes from 10m high to 75m,very good in summer time, but wind changes a lot and is genrally high, but it has very good days! We never know what future will bring 🤷♂️😜 but my GF is afraid of any flying so she will kill her self 🤣

She is horrible terrified of flying and she do not trust herself. She went up in Tandem but she said she will never fly solo 🤷♂️

Cornwall is fantastic .. Why are you not using a motor mate ? not allowed in UK ?
