Putting on Pants with One Hand in Bed (post stroke, hemiplegia, amputation, CP, etc)

If you're unable to stand, here's how to get clothes on with one hand.
My earlier video ( • Getting Dressed With O... ) the piece on donning pants was directed more so toward individuals who weren't confined to their bed. So, in this video, I will review how to put on pants without leaving your bed without one hand AND whether or not you have use of one or both legs.

I need to know how to put on PANTS (not trousers) and tights, especially in a toilet, i.e. not lying down! Any hints there would be good.

Again spasticity preventing knee bending makes this not possible I see
