Magical years with no real worries except counting down the days until it was the weekend once again...I so wish that I could relive it all over again 🍀
I grew up with Leon, we went to the same school and grew up in the same town "heald green" I think he got the idea for a band after seeing me and rigby walking down the road with our amps and guitars, he walked past us and said "what are you doing stu" I said 'band practice" and his eyes lit up, he was like "wow you got a band going, that's cool" he always looked up to me because I was older, his mum used to babysit my little brother mat. in between working in the heald green pub.. nice lady..
One of my fave songs of the 90's. love NU :) Only just noticed the drummer's Helly Hansen jacket too - I have the same one which I found in my dad's garage a month or two ago! :)
Class song my favorite song by northern uproar I remember the very first time I ever seen them live at whitley bay ice rink back end of 1995 they were the support act for Paul Weller during his Stanley Rd tour
I'm going to keep saying it, Leon you need to put a new group together with a new name a new image and then take it from there. a fresh start with someone who can write as well as you can. "someone like me" lol. if you give me your Gmail address I'll send you some of my demos that I recorded. I've got about 8 songs good solid songs I know you'll like them. and I know your still mad for it.. no but seriously it's the best thing to do, and it's the logical thing to do at this point in your life.

They got back together a few years back, now doing small gigs around the country if I'm not mistaken. They should be massive.
