there are also other evidences:
1) Both in the episode "Puppeteer 1" and in the episode "Revelation" Alya is controlled by the akumatized villain of the episode itself and both times she tries to take Ladybug's miraculous from Marinette's house.
2) In both the episode "Volpina" and the episode "The Puppeteer 2" the akumatized villain creates a false copy of Hawk-Moth.
3) In the episode “Prime Queen” (in which Manon's mother is akumatized) the akumatized person often refers to being obsessed by a revelation from Ladybug and Chat Noir (so much so that in the first seconds of the episode Tikky is worried about this revelation, exclaiming "Sizzling hot revelations?"), and the episode in which Lila is akumatized into Hoaxer is actually called "Revelation" (not to mention that both Hoaxer and Audimatrix powers have a journalist modus operandi )
4) In the episode “Gamer 2.0.”, in which the akumatized villains clash with each other, Ladybug decides to have Evillustrator fight against Volpina, exclaiming “this is something I've always wanted to do” and thus letting it shine through in Ladybug a desire for revenge. Obviously at the time we all took it for granted that he had done it to take revenge against Lila (and in fact that's probably the case). However, if we interpret this as a clue from the animators of the series, then we will remember that in the past Manon, when she was akumatized into the Puppeteer, controlled Evillustrator against Ladybug. This gives even more sense to Ladybug's desire for revenge, which in the episode "Gamer 2.0" would therefore have practically repaid Manon/Lila with the same coin: Does the puppeteer control Evillustrator against Ladybug? Great, then Ladybug controls Evillustrator against Volpina. (it's clear that it can't be intentional because Ladybug doesn't know that Manon is Lila, but as I already said it could be a clue)
5) Lila, as the puppeteer, controls Roger Raincoprix in the episode “Hoaxer”. Now you will think "but it doesn't mean anything, because Hoaxer controls practically all of Paris" yes, but Ladybug and Chat Noir take away the alliance ring that Hoaxer uses to control people from Roger first in the episode, thus turning on the TV screen of whoever was watching Miraculous at the time paid primary attention to Roger. Not to mention that in the episode "Confrontation" Lila threatens Sabrina that she can have her father arrest her, and therefore manipulate him as Manon / The Puppeter did with Rogercop.
6) There is also a "Hoaxer-Robostus 2-Puppeteer 2" connection, because Robostus 2 and hoaxer not only share the appearance of Scarabella in their respective episodes, but also both use technology to control people while remaining covered until the end of the episode, (in addition to both having a red design) and in the last minutes of the episode in which Robostus 2 is still akumatized he takes the 2 heroes to the Grévin museum, exactly the same place where Puppeteer 2 faces Ladybug and Chat Noir.
7) In the episode “Gamer 2.0” in the playable characters screen, the Puppeteer and Volpina are next to each other.
8) In the episode “Onichan” Onichan uses his powers to make Lila sprout a horn on her forehead that grows every time Lila tells a lie. In the episode “Stormy Weather”, however, when Manon says to Alya “and who are you?” Alya replies “I'm a mythical unicorn from the world of Reespa, disguised as a totally fabulous human girl! " which could be a foreshadowing for Lila and an influence towards Manon, in fact if we associate the concept of "unicorn" with the concept of "lying" and translate Alya's sentence we can obtain "I am a liar disguised as a totally sincere human girl" which It fits Lila's character perfectly.
9) In the episode “Stormy Weather” Alya, while the firefighters are saving her and Manon from the ice cage around the rides, tells a story about a cyclops and a princess to Manon, specifically stating “As soon as she took a bite of the cursed potato, the poor princess fell into a deep, deep sleep.” which is reminiscent of the power of Chameleon, the akumatized version of Lila in the first episode of the third season.
10) Lila has 3 different mothers but none of these are the real ones.
11) In the episode “Hoaxer” Lila and Nadia (Manon's mother) are taking lessons from Sabine in the art room while making a painting next to each other. The fact is that Lila gives a speech to her classmates in the art room about how grateful she is to have friends like them, in particular she tells Sabine "you are like a mother to me" at the exact moment when Lila is turned away towards Nadia.
12) Chris and Manon have been friends since they were children. Time-tagger (who is Chris from the future) in the original trans-script of the episode states that the Hawk-Moth from the future is the woman he loves, who we know is Lila.
13) The flowers on Manon's overalls are Lila, Cerise and Iris. (all Lila's alter egos.
14) In both the episode "Stormy Weather" and the episode "Onichan" Adrien is given a kiss on the cheek (in "Stormy Weather" by Manon and in "Onichan" by Lila)
15) Both Lila and Manon have been in the backseat of the Agreste family's car (in the episodes "Onichan" and "The Puppeteer 2")
16) Since the episode "Stormy Weather" Marinette has been unable to make a photo book with Adrien because of Manon because the photographer actually chooses Manon. This could be a foreshadowing for the fact that Lila often comes between Marinette and Adrien.
17) Lila may have become what she is due to the lack of attention from her mother Nadia, who as we know spends more time in the television studio than with her daughter.
18) In the episode “Mayura” Prime-Queen (Manon's akumatized mother) is the first akumatized villain who appears in the episode, and Volpina (akumized Lila) is the last akumatized villain of the episode.

I want to add the fact that she has an exact copy of the fox miraculous. Nobody else but master Fu at the time new about the other miraculous so how would she have an exact copy?

Not sure! Both have different skin tones. Manon is just a naughty kids, she doesn't always want to hurt others like Lila. I doubt thses two are the same person 🤨
