I never knew these things existed until today, not quite strong enough to do asphalt work but I think this would be great on my homestead since I was looking at a loader and mini excavator. but this can do both jobs since the farm won't fully utilize two dedicated machines
@@cheechU38K We have just got in several new electric machines this past week, and also look forward to their Hydrogen engine machines, this technology looks very promising for the future of the industry, great to see JCB developing it!
@@StephensonEquipment Fantastic, it’s great having electric machines less noisy, polluting and easy to service. Hopefully Hydrogen gets easier to produce locally possibly from air.
How well the machine handles a bucket will depend on ground conditions but the 1CXT handles a 24” well. As for a 36” cemetery bucket, JCB does not offer one but we could order one through an aftermarket supplier. Just keep in mind the performance of this machine is comparable to a 2.5 ton mini ex so it will take a little longer to complete the job.
We have some low hour used 1CXT's that are in the $70k to $80k range, not sure what the retail new price is right now, you would have to call a local JCB dealer close to you. Or call in to us 800-325-6455 ask for JCB sales.
Hi, cost depends on how you get it, what buckets and attachments, etc. but normal builds LIST price is between $85-90K, the pricing for JCB can vary by territory as well, hope this helps.
I’d like to know what you consider as cons or problems/limitations of tips machine? It doesn’t look like it will get over the edge of a normal (6-12yd) dump truck with the boom. Is that correct? Also is there a thumb available for the hoe?
@@jmgredgreen4x428 I do not believe we have put one on for anyone on a 1CXT, but we have put many on the JCB track loaders with very similar engine and hydraulic flow.
Have you had any problem with the pivot on the backhoe leaking? We have had JCB backhoes in the early 80s and never had a problem. I bought the JCB 1CXT backhoe, love the versatility of the machine, But, in one year it has been in the shop 5 times at two different JCB dealers trying to fix the oil leak on the pivot for the backhoe. They have to wait for parts and or they have to call JCB to tell them how to fix it. They told me if it was not under warranty I would be paying $10,000 to $15,000 to fix it each time. I have put 1200 hours on the backhoe and I was told I use the machine too much. I just got the machine back again from the shop and it is leaking oil the first day. I told them I need a new machine because this is a lemon and I was told this will never happen. I wanted to trade this machine in for a cat skid steer and they only want to give me $34,000. I can't afford this machine when it is out of warranty.
It is a fit to the customer type of a machine, we have had various customers who need versatility from land clearing to grading find this machine working well for them. In certain jobs though for sure other machines may be a better choice. We like to get to know our customers and work with them to find the right fit for them.

So Wise , Thank You . A fine piece of machinery and a reliable dealer Priceless
Excellent demo
Awesome, a good machine!
Awesome addition to a skid steer and maybe JCB could beef it up with a tele truck arm for more versatility on the loader reach. Pocket rocket 🚀
A great niche machine, we have customers across all facets of the industry who find this machine a must have tool for them.
@@StephensonEquipment I love JCB and really looking forward to their Hydrogen engine development Hybrid battery and Electric Power 👌🏼

What’s the dump height on the front bucket for this machine? How does it dump into a truck or dump trailer?
They can come with a 4 in one clam shell bucket which allows them to dump into high sided dumpers and trailers
I would love to know the dealership that you bought the one cxt at thank you very very good video
Hi Ryan, can you pls advice if Its powerful enough to use it for small in mine operations, to clean the face for instance?
How does the machine handle a 24” trenching bucket? Also, is the machine rated for a cemetery bucket (36”-ish”)?

@@StephensonEquipment Why are people getting rid of them with low hours ?
This would be my goto piece of equipment if I had a piece of property or farm

I Need this For Work and My Property
Buenos días cual es el costo y donde se puede conseguir esa máquina . Gracias
86.500 $ supuestamente, muy caraaaa
Awesome 👍! My dad knows Ryan Staub and we live in Rossville, Pennsylvania.
Great customer and people to work with.
@@StephensonEquipment Cool 👍! Did anyone put a drum mulcher for brush clearing on the front of one of those JCB 1cxt before?

It sounds like it's a piece of shit . You lost your shirt
Great for beginners or DIY. Mini excavator will work circles around this. Track loaders have smaller footprint and better visibility to bucket.

Clearly a dedicated machine would outperform a multi-purpose machine. In breaking news water is wet.

A Case 580 can't do what that compromise can do? You sound foolish.
