Yes that's right there is some conversion going on into single turbo out there. We doing a car for a race track and same time street car. Single turbo it's for drifting more than race track. Now we installed DCT gearbox and working absolutely perfect. Really appreciate your comment 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Looking great! Can you show more of the car interior exterior and some driving. That would be awesome! Have F80 but E90 m3 look will last forever in my heart! The best tune will be to put S63 in E90 M3 (or M3 style) car. But never seen such thing.

Hi there. I hope you are well. I'm really sorry for the delay reply. I have bought brand new two front wings for vw mk5 and fabricated them on the quarter panels. M3 quarter panel it's very hard to find unless you want to buy them from the main dealer 💰
there’s a e36 i think here in america that has the m4 chargecoolers on top as well on a n54. he’s having cooling isssues from what i last saw. can’t remember his name

What radiator did you use for the charge cooler? S55? And how much has this setup reduced you IAT or it only keeps it stable so you can do back to back runs? Has the oil temperature increased? Looks great btw, good job

We’ve used all s55 parts for the conversion including the oil cooler, IAT dropped for sure and power delivery more responsive than before, oil temperatures are much better than before, and we added the s65 main radiator since we no longer have the air to air intercooler so bigger radiator with 850w fan. Hey there nice project but I just want to ask, how do you think the air to water charge/intercooler of the S55 would do since most on the internet said that the oem ones are prone to leaking? please let me know why you chose this intercooler while there are aftermarket air to water intercooler for the S55 engine. hope to really hear from your thoughts on this one. Hello mate, the best way to go fast with quick throttle response is air to liquid intercooler, the s55 do leak on high boost therefore I upgraded it to forge charge cooler full aluminium built to avoid any leaks.
Seems this would have been easier to do on a LHD instead of a RHD due to sector shaft of the steering. But on same token, looks like the engine is moved over or slightly rotated for clearance, american e9x doesnt have thay much room on passanger side
Appreciated your comment. The engine never been moved everything was straight forward we had any problem with gearbox to install. You don't have to do any modifications by the way.
No we don’t have the logs yet but we checked the IAT before and after with almost matching atmosphere temperature, and the results are outstanding huge drop in air temp and on top of that the distance of the air travelling from the turbo to the intake cut by half, therefore the response is immense. I really appreciate your message.
