I base everything in either marker or watercolor as well. Try using your light colored prismas with your polys.. since they are opaque, they will add highlights on top of your base making everything even more dimensional... like the pen but better. You can use just white but for darker colors it can be a bit strong, there are a lot of lovely pastel colors in the prisma set.
@@waymire01 I miss some light colors in the polychromos pencil set. On big surfaces I use my prisma’s but on smaller/detailed images I like to use poly’s with some hints of gelpen. I like the process of white gelpen at the end of the page. It brings everything together. 🤩
Very much enjoy the format, no need to show every item over and over, one is enough. I also like having no music, I find the music annoying. This way I can hear what you are saying. It's a lovely page, very simple.. often less colors is better.
