Fantastic! Free backwards compatibility for PFX on Switch for previous owners of the first three Williams Packs and Universal Monsters on PFX 3. About time some special love is shown to Switch owners. Thank you :-)
Hoping with the Switch's successor coming likely next year that it will have 90-120 FPS available, as higher framerates will make the Switch tables play much better. Love playing on the Switch & Flip Grip, but Steam with smooth high framerates is the far better way to play. Counting on Nintendo to make a powerful enough system to bump framerates up, but also counting on Zen to take advantage of the hardware (PS5 and XBOX both are missing the ability to play at 120 FPS even though the hardware could easily handle it). I'm usually fine with 60fps in most games, but Pinball is one area in which if you've played at 120 or higher framerate you'll never see virtual pinball in the same way.
@warlajenos5961 Yes, there are inevitable compromises with the Switch tables and I just treat it as a portable version. I play mostly on PC and PS5 but a Switch 2 could bring the tables up to spec :-)
For AtGames releases, any Williams table would be awesome, especially Indiana Jones, Medeival Madness, Theater Magic, Black Knight 2000 and Arabian Nights. Also, StarWars Starfighter Assault, Thrill of the Hunt pack, and Princess Bride would be epic! Thank you for your incredible work at Zen!

@@Jook51 Another company finished the code, they would probably need to license the new code from them if they wanted to use the 'finished' code. We need that new Williams background on all the Williams tables!
Circus Voltaire and Orbiter One pinball please!
Voltaire has been around for a few years now.
Is there any chance of more vr tables for meta quest?
Coming later this year, on Quest 3.
has banzai run been released?
It Will be released on 12th this month
Psvr2!!!! And give that backwards compatibility… ive spent too much on ur games over the years but want vr so badly
let's go guysss
Will zen pinball world be able to run on mid range devices because im very excited for the mobile version of the Williams tables
Did something go wrong? Where is the new Williams table announcement?
That's what I'm saying
@ it’s freakin Black Knight 2000! They release the trailer on their TH-cam page.
Was the Bally game show a good table?
I liked it
Black Knight 2000 is an excellent addition to your library. I am still waiting impationately for 'Centaur'. I hope it will be available before Christmas.
Will you continue to develop pinball fx for vr?
Ok have the response in the video. 😅
So so so hyped for VR!!!
I hope for Zen/Pinball fx classic tables
Switch news is the best!!!! Thank you team!
RIP Danny Torres
T2
@@tizzomr YES PLEASE TERMINATOR 2! However, that unfortunately won’t be announced
Yes, T2 is all we need!
Did they even announce the last table for Williams Volume 8?
Watch the video again ;)
Not really announced, but there was a flash of BK2000 in the montage video near the beginning - the video right after they talk about the previous Earthshaker and Banzai Run reveals. EDIT: The live video glitched and you just caught a glimpse. Now that the final is posted, there is a much longer section showing BK2000.
It's confirmed to be BK2000. There's a separate video. It's part of Volume 8.
Stranger things, street fighter 2, metallica, the fox tables
Great video. You finally completed the all the Lawlor tables, congrats! I appreciate the steps being taken regarding addressing backwards compatibility. It takes a big person or company in this case to admit to some wrong choices. Happy to continue the support however I can. Your tables are the perfect real life trainers. Also, Stern won’t do any Spike 2 machines virtually so everyone can quit begging. If anything Stern may license their 70s and 80s tables to start and see how it works out
Would love to see the Marvel and Star Wars games come to Atgames 4K pinball as soon as possible. New tables like Ghostbusters, Ninja Turtles, etc. would be amazing.
Please release all the Williams, Marvel and Star Wars tables for Atgames 4k pinball!!
Medievil Madness on atgames.
Black Knight 2000 would be fine but I'd prefer something that wasn't in The Pinball Arcade, such as Bad Cats, Police Force or Mousin' Around.
Same Here 🙂
Bad cats is pretty awesome. Played it for the first time last week at Vintage Pinball World.
2000 sucks and never liked it on TPA. I want Pinbot even though on TPA.
@@Rage-td9wv I'm still surprised the Briide came over before Pinbot
Yeah, but the pinball arcade of that table (and pretty much all tables) was pretty ass.
Ah nice... looking forward to more VR pinball. Will it be compatible with Quest2?
Doctor Who pinball please 😢
Need Williams Pinball 2000 Revenge from Mars! Pinballl FX is uniquely positioned to do it. Would be awesome in VR version.
That would be a massive headache to emulate.
@@pinballwiz45bwhy? They already do plenty of graphics that tie into gameplay and the transparency aspect is no big deal. I’m assuming sound and graphic files can be dug up or aren’t that impossible to record or recreate. No worse than creating from scratch for a new game.
très bon choix Black knight 2000 ! content pour les possesseurs de Switch de la rétrocompatibilité. Est ce que j ai bien vue de la VR ? bonnes fetes au studio !
Finally, a decent Williams table pack! 👍🏼
Glad to hear backwards compatibility is coming back...even if it is after I already repurchased the tables haha
Thanks for your support!
BAAAAANZAAAAAAAAIII!!!!
On Switch too?
Please update FX with multiple controller support. I frequently play on Switch and Ps5 with multiple players and passing one controller around is annoying..
It would be cool if your partnership with AtGames would get you connected to the people who make their tables. MagicPixel I believe is the main one they use now aside from what you guys have ported over. I don't expect anymore Gottlieb or Zaccaria tables to be released to it. The Taito ones like Bubble Bobble and Space Invaders would be cool, I know we are supposed to get a Killer Instinct table at some point next year on their system, that would be a welcome addition to FX as well.
Ohh yes pleas Stern and spooky pinball tables, i would like john wick and evil dead ❤
I’d so love to see you’s make a Bioshock pinball machine (whether it’s bioshock 1,2 or infinite) I think it would make an amazing pinball table
