I never heard of a back of the kitchen klitchen....but yes it should have a dishwasher!! Maybe it should have included a washer and dryer too In one of my houses I had a large pantry/laundry room off of my kitchen (French door in between to either be open or closed) and I LOVED LOVED LOVED being able to toss something into the washer or dryer while I was cooking. Just so practical.

The butlers kitchen should have the dishwasher and all the ‘wet’ kitchen and appliance stuff in one place. It looks more like a room where you could look after plants and have an indoor seedling/plant - veggie nursery style set up.

Back kitchen for the servants? Who wants to clean two kitchens?

I don't like the black dining room......its a choice honestly and i don't want to eat in dark space....especially at night. I really love the 2nd kitchen, its a must for open concept with children or if u receive often...i hate looking at the mess in the kitchen while entertaining, plus that smaller kitchen is just perfect, the wooden palette is beautiful but not practical....it's paradise for spider and termites ,u have to constantly check it and its a lot of work for just a powder room, the kitchen is really beautiful, reminds me of our kitchens here in old farms and chateaux.....i don't like open concept but as long as the kitchen doesn't look like a kitchen then am okay

My first thought about the ceiling was spiders, lol. Maybe spray a heavy coat of essential oil that repels insects, or use a insect repellent wood species.

A second kitchen is pretty common in our country, we call it a dirty kitchen. All the messy and smelly cooking gets done there. The black in the dining room was too dark for me but I loved everything else. Did they win this challenge?

Best hiding space for spiders ever! Fail. Back kitchen and neither kitchen with a dishwasher, ridiculous. Mud room with the only seating being the remainder of the bench next to the dog bowls, design fail. Main kitchen.... gorgeous.

Pretty sure the main kitchen had a dishwasher.

So, when you dine is practically at night, when are all the people gonna see the greenery, at night?? Dining rooms are obsolete, so her logic is wrong!!

In what world are dining rooms obsolete? Lunch is served in the dining room too...If you have informal or formal lunches then that’s where happen. I would have my breakfast and coffee at the that little bench seat too.

Do designers actually live in houses? Who want's to clean or dust around their idiotic ideas?
