A big tip for disabling SYS Main: do not disable it if running windows on ssd or you regularly check for windows update as SYS main helps to improve your windows and if any issue is found the sys main helps to remove the issue in next windows update but if running on hdd please disable it(sys main) as SYS main eat more disk and internet rather than cpu and also if you don't have fast internet or you are on metered network then also disabling it( SYS Main) will help
i disabled it then read your comment. Now im trying to enable it as it was (Automatic (Delayed Start)) but it says 'The delayed auto-start flag could not be set. Error 87: the parameter is incorrect. any advice? :) thanks

Yep and if your running a 95w+ GPU cause Voltage issues that spike the cpu and disk to 100 because the GPU wattage will fall and rise constantly not quiet getting the evenly distributed power needed for the GPU 👊🙂 if this is your issue simply grabbing a 450w+ PSU

100% CPU "System interrupts" started when I Upgraded Windows 10. It helped to reduce almost in half CPU percentage when I turned off some background apps. But then Windows found the way to load up CPU again. Using Task Manager along takes 22% of CPU, then Windows Security suddenly decided to bite off 42% of CPU. The Task manager went to 0.2% after I End up Windows Security Tasks and CPU usage to 2%. I didn't do anything else. Windows does whatever on its mind dragging performance down most of the times.
Bro I need help. I also installed openiv (I tried making my own graphic pack) and ever since then my pc CPU usage spikes 100% like it's normal. I deleted it and everything however it still spikes to 100%. Do u have any tips or smth?

hello I just want to warn you if u want to install windows 11 on 4gb it will work but it will slows down ur pc so Microsoft recommend to have at least 8gb ram to run win11 smoother

Some people will have an option in their process power management like enable or disable idle. Make sure it is enable idle or cpu usage will be at 100% at all times no matter the process usage

btw dont get driver booster its a scam, however my source is reddit so idk. i will say it does sound sketchy. apparently after the free trial ends it asks for money and if u dont give em the money they just delete the drivers. not restore, DELETE. if they downgraded the drivers it would still be unacceptable but they just straight up delete em. dont risk it imo.
2:40 you actually don't have to enable them as they are already enabled. if you will enable them from this menu your system can result in blue screening when booting.
My internet connection kept going out so I changed the SysMain startup type to Automatic (not the delayed one) and it seemed to have fixed the issue. I hope this helps anyone having the same problem!!

Sysmain helps to load files faster. But if you have a low end pc. I will suggest you to disable it. It takes so much usage in the background. And no if you delete the park control. Your settings can't be active.
1:55 and 2:28 worked like magic laptop was acting like I was trying to play games it can't play on max setting just booting up chrome or netflix with how hard the fan was working. Now its jumping between 5-10% and the fan is quiet.
