      These videos are primarily for our distributors and dealers to refer to. If you reach out to where you purchased your grinder, they should be able to help you locate the files.

      @@MahlkoenigGrinders yeah, received the file... but how to know when a firmware is available, and what are the updates included? You have to make this info public, maybe using a subscription based on serial number or something. Because the dealership only responds if questioned, no periodical information is received. They don't even know when they will receive the 3 screws and backplate update to solve the known issue, I just have to ask periodically. That is not ok for us, the customers. How do you expect us to ever buy another Mahlkoenig product?!
