The installation was a little difficult because of how much strength the double springs have. We had like 3 people helping out. The reason why the owner chose GSCs was the engine had GSC cams so he wanted to stay with the same brand. Both companies should be good. Maybe check boards for opinions on the two brands to see which you feel comfortable with.
@@SkyShadowMedia yeah an IS/GS vvti engine but I did the whole bottom end forged so lastly it’s the cylinder head but camshafts are also a pain when choosing I wanted the 264’s from bc but they’re on back order
Awesome platform for you and great work so far. Yeah, parts are tough to get in lately. The engine (2JZ-GTE) in this video is for a SC300. Hopefully I will post more videos of this build and car in action.
How was the installation? because I stuck between GSC’s and Ferrea’s spring and retainer preferably part number 5266 or KT4047

@@SkyShadowMedia I ended up buying the KT4046 ferrea springs and retainers 90lbs but it was because I wasn’t shooting for 1000+ HP
I see do you have a 2J motor? My friend is pushing over 1K+ HP and he wanted stiffer springs to allow him hold it and also rev higher.
