This video packs more practical advice than any startup book. I can feel you've been through it all. Love the transparency, and it's inspiring to see the real results! Keep the wisdom flowing!
This might be your best video so far. The intro was hilarious, but your transparency about your failures at the end? Pure gold. Feels like I'm getting advice from someone who’s lived it
Totally agree, marketing is everything. If your landing page doesn’t have a clear offer, users won’t even notice your product, let alone buy it. Thanks for the reminder!
That is why we need to be brutal honest with ourselves. We need to cut all the non essentials and focus on the core value proposition for the customer.
If your landing page doesn't scream 'I solve your problem NOW,' no one cares about how cool your product is. It’s all about fast solutions, not flashy features
I am new to the world of SaaS so now I am researching on internet, watching videos and reading books before take action and your content is really good. Thanks for keeping it real with brutal honesty. Cheers!
How do you scale after landing your first paying customers? That’s my current challenge. Would love to hear more about scaling strategies after the MVP phase
Wow, I've gotten more value from this one video than working at a FAANG company for the last 5 years. I'm glad I purchased your microsaas bolierplate. these videos add the icing on the cake.
I'm currently validating a SAS idea with Facebook ads I'm getting lots and lots of clicks but nobody is leaving their email I'm not sure what to think about that. The ad is a 1 minute video that explains the product The landing page is just a simple early access get notified page

Glad it was helpful!
LOL! 'Launch it now, fix it later' should be every founder’s motto. MVPs aren’t meant to be perfect, just functional. Let’s go!
Exactly! This is the spirit ;)

Of course
Thanks for watching and I appreciate the feedback!
Man, the struggle of stepping away from coding to focus on sales is too real. But like you said, no sales, no SaaS
distribution

It's the sad truth!
Haha, totally! Coding is fun, but nothing beats that first payment notification. Loved how you balanced the ‘build vs sell’ mindset in this one!
Glad you liked it!
Your story about the MVP not working hit me. That’s honestly my biggest fear too

That’s a great question! I'll make a separate video about scaling after the MVP ;)

Many many thanks! :)
I’m guessing you finally fixed that webhook bug?
Yea 😅
I love that I’m the first watch, 22 seconds after uploaded, and worthy content indeed. Thanks!
I'm also doing the same on other channels ;)

I'm not sure what to think about that.

Maybe your video is not appealing enough for people to give their email?
