It looks amazing JJR. In my part of Oz they are called Dagwood Dogs. No idea why, other parts of the country they call them pluto pups yeah that's a big eww for that name for me. I love them but that's because for years they were only available at the local show for a day every 12 months. Local show starts 4pm friday night and finishes at 11pm that night then opens 8am Sat morning and is over by 12pm that same day

what's the difference between chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream?
Ganache is chocolate and cream, it sets firm. Chocolate buttercream is whipped with mostly butter and is soft unless cold.
