I love watching your vlogs. As a Foreigner married to a Filipina, it helps me understand more about places and the history of the Philippines. Thank you!
thank you Kumander Daot for promoting the less explored part of Philippines. Youre the bravest Foreign vlogger that ever reached the critical/less explored places in the country
You are really keeping your Guardian Angel very busy because you go to these places which may be a number of us Filipinos ( me included) have not even visited🙏🏿
Another wonderful vlogs you have made Anslem, your journey to less popular and promoting it as well to our locals and foreigners alike....thank you very much, your bravery to go beyond is unthinkable, your enjoying every minute of it, and it is really recommendable....as if I am with you exploring every nook and cranny of my country....just keep it coming Anselm, and praying for your safety in every steps you make...God bless you.
Thank you for featuring Jipapad, KD. It warms the hearts of every Filipino that you feature unknown places in the country. The Cannosian Missionaries really contributed to the growth of this town.
@@KumanderDaot that was 30+ years ago the last time I was there was in 2011. Lots have changed but not sure if you or anyone else managed to explore the area there. Keep safe in your travels! 😍
😍 Lots of eye candy in this vlog, KD = wood carvings, colorful boats, choco rice cakes, statues, ancestral homes, landscapes, even your new bike shirt. 👍
Amazing place. That falls looks like a painting!! The water is so fresh blue😮 andThat bird was the tour guide..or maybe the watcher of the chanel. Awesome!
2:30 I love sungka! I grew up in the 60's when kids played outdoors and sungka indoors during rainy season. 17:20 Oh, wow that is beautiful! Every Falls in the South looks so unique. Your guide is very charming
You did it again KD. It was fascinating documentary about places in Eastern Samar specifically this town of Jaipapad. By the way, when was that big flood again?
From your loyal subscriber. I really appreciate Kumander Daot for showcasing the nature-beatiful Samar. I think you're the first foreigner-vlogger to feature Samar. May I suggest, you also visit the picturesque Islands of Romblon and Camotes group of islands of Cebu province.
❤❤❤❤❤KD you are brave and heartwarming to explore the less traveled places in this part of the Philippines!!! You are joy to watch because you are kind and honest with your narratives, thank you❤❤❤❤⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤪👏

We are glad you are accompanied twith the barangay officials especialy the brngy. Captain😮😊they are really so kind people and very hospitable. ❤Kudos to them.
Best travel series for me, so far, KD! There's much to explore in Samar, and in the Philippines, in general. Keep practicing rolling those "rrrrr", when in waray-waray country. #NonRhoticinRhoticCountry
You should also visit the Historic Town of Basey, Samar, the home of Sohoton Caves and Natural Bridge National Park and the Banig Capital of Eastern Visayas. 😁
With Kumander D rolling his "aaaaaaarrrrrrr", traversing that log bridge and skimming the river water, coupled with the background music I thought for a moment that you were Captain Jack Sparrow and replaced Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean 😅
Hi Kumander D, I'm so happy that you're back in the limelight. I was just wondering where you were since the last time I watched you. How have you been? Anyways, welcome back and hope to watch more of your travelogue in the Philippines as this is my only way to see the countryside too.
When you asked "You know what it tastes like?" when you ate the frog, I was expecting you to say "frog."😂 I wonder why people always say frog tastes like chicken. Maybe it's actually the chicken that tastes like frog. The river there is very beautiful as are the falls. Quite unique. Seeing how much the river rises is truly impressive, too. I would imagine they have to bring everything up to the 2nd floor of their homes to avoid losing it all in the flooding.
I hope someone will tell the Filipino woodcarver (featured from 1:31 to 1:54) that the Philippine Flag on his T-Shirt sleeve is displayed WRONG. It should be displayed on the LEFT SLEEVE -- so the Triangle faces FORWARD. If the PH Flag is worn on his chest pocket (left or right) then the PH Flag is displayed OK. The same with the PH Flag displayed horizontally on a wall -- the Triangle faces the LEFT. Therefore, on the LEFT sleeve, the Triangle faces LEFT -- and FORWARD.
Your Samar tour is not complete if you don't feature the Witchcraft and Sorcerers in Samar and of course the largest cave in the Philippines is also in Samar.
