Cant stand when people just assume that every pit bull dog is hostile and full of anger , The bad owners are the ones who make a dog have a mean personality.

That would be the case for most dogs bred with no love or affection and taught to fight other dogs to the death to get food and water. And kept in cages and somehow it's the dogs fault for being raised that way?? Same thing has happened with severely neglected children raised by animals they behave like them, it's not their fault for being victims of neglect people need to re-evaluate how they treat animals and people.
@Your songs ❤ you clearly did not educate yourself enough! The only reason they are listed as dangerous dogs is because the were used to fighting. But any dog breed can attack and kill someone if theyre trained this way. And just saying, NO dog attacks without a reason. I mean, think about it. If you were a dog and someone would try to hit on you, what would you do? Let them beat you? I guess not. Don't judge a dog on it's breed, every dog can be s total sweetheart if theyre treated right.
@Jenette M you dont understand. Look at the statistics pitbulls have a natural aggressive nature that is why they are the breed that make up most of the dog attacks. YES THEY CAN BE A LOVING DOG. But only an idiot would ever trust them around children or the elderly. If you still dont believe that they have a natural aggressive nature than just ask yourself why do they then do so good as fighting dogs?
@Jenette M theres stories on youtube about pitbulls who were raised in good wealthy homes with lots of love. Then one day they just spontaneously attack a child and end up mauling them to death. Like I said they are GOOD DOGS until THEY ARE NOT. Its basically like playing russian Roulette.

I can tell you, just as my comment above shows. If someone spits on me or my wife for any reason, especially for our dog. They are going to end up in the ICU unit of the nearest hospital. And that is best case.

I personally hate pugs, chihuahuas, daschounds etc. But I don't hate individual dogs, just the breed. They have health issues etc. I just wish people would breed healthier dogs. My dog was in a house where he was abused and slept outside in the summer,spring and autumn in winter he would sleep in a cage in the house now he is inside all the time,hates the rain and is a diva he gets plenty of love and walks now he's super spoiled it's sad to know my dog isnt the only dog going through this

I love pitties. When a stranger with a pitt Bull passes my way, I do sometimes ask, weather I may stroke the dog, but mostly I'm afraid of the reaction of the owner😆😅 (I'm a wheelchair driving person)- The problem, if there's one, is at the top end of the leash- not at the bottom end.
I taught my kiddos to always ask before petting any doggo :)

I have a pitbull named Ursula. she is the sweetest girl I've ever met. my son came home the other day and said mom my teacher said that pitbulls are bad and that the ones who say otherwise are wrong. he said that's not right because look at Ursula, dookie and roofus. (the last two are dogs we used to have before they passed away). I told him son a person can have a wonderful education and a job teaching others but on some subjects they are ignorant. I didn't know what else to say. I couldn't understand why a teacher was telling children these things. I'm glad my son knows that pit bulls are some of the most beautiful dogs and they deserve a fair chance like everyone and everything else.
I fostered a Pittie for a month. When I told a co-worker his reaction was "be careful, it will take your arm off. Those dogs are killers" The only thing I could say was "more people are killed by other people than by pitbulls. Yet you don't avoid people".

I am in such complete awe of how despicable some people can be. To spit on someone is such a great offense, it is unacceptable in every sense of the word. God help us because we are living in some really trying times. I am so overjoyed to see wonderful, kind people like Lexy's family saving and caring and loving these sweet, gentle souls. My brain is melting from the emotions.
My boy is a pit, he was 3 years old when I got him and for the last three years of his life he was locked in a cage and beaten constantly. We got him with a broken rib. When the owner of the dog asked us to watch him, we kind of just stole him. The day he brought buddy over for us to watch him, he was misbehaving a little and the guy punched the crap out of him and almost knocked him out. After that we didn't let him have buddy back. But he is now 6 and he is the most gentle and loving creature you'll ever meet. Pitbulls are not vicious. Even after living through hell from puppyhood.

I grew up in a country where dogs were mainly bred to be guard dogs. They were hostile and scary all the time. Watching videos like this has taught me how to be calm around dogs so that I do not feel the need to cross the street every time I see a dog coming towards me. 😊
