    Hi Mr. Daniel,
I did not get the last part where you mentioned that multiplying by the retail space area, we would get the total volume.
    quick math's.
    21.46 inbound * 32 units= 686 how did you get 588?

What part of the video are you referring to? I'd be glad to review it for you.

@@FindleyDaniel about last 15 seconds. last table discussion.

@@MuhammadQasim-hq9dq at 13:45, the 21.46 inbound (in the first table) is multiplied by 27,400 sq feet (actually is 27.4 thousand sq feet from the second table) to arrive at 588 inbound trips on a weekday for the retail space. Similarly, for the townhomes, we would multiply 2.91 inbound weekday trips by 32 units to get 93 inbound trips on a weekday for the townhomes.

@@FindleyDaniel I got it now! I was thinking of 27400 as is not 27.4. I guess the logic was a reference from trip generation manual that you mentioned somewhere in one of your videos how trip rates are taken with reference to area in 1000 sq ft per dwelling type.
      Your videos are super helpful!
