Takes me back... We were down there at Lydden Spout and all the deep shelters in St. Margarets before you were even thought about. I bet you won't find the one near Wanston... Have fun. Take care . Theres an anti aircraft battery behind the radar station that was worth a visit. That was back in the late 70.s and in good condition then. You could still see the camo paint on the outside walls. Theres another deep shelter behind the Dover Patrol memorial Rocket Battery. Come and visit us on the Thames Forts.!!
I still have that irrational fear that a shark will appear in the swimming pool, I still don't really like the deep end to this day. I think it is because of that old James Bond film from the Seventies, can't remember the name? P.S. I'm 44! xx
@@Addictedtobleeps Ah shit I forgot that came into play. I'm in the states, Colorado. Is there any specific way to find them, even if it's off of locals? I'm still young but I'd like to just have the info. Sorry if I'm a bother at all.
Ah, that'll be difficult - as the US never really had to make plans to protect itself as much as the UK in WW2. Where I live is only 19 miles (over the sea) from France, who were taken over by the Nazis. So, there's loads and loads of bunkers here to protect the UK.
@@Addictedtobleeps Ah, that's really cool! Y'all's video's are really interesting. Anyway, thank you for taking the time to reply! I appreciate it. Have a good day/evening/night. :)
I wouldn't subject any children is this! A British thing, though, the Professional Dan is nuts playing with bombs military gear of about 60 years, in Germany. But you three take the quiet, cake? Are we but a nutty Nation. Cheers
Anthony Cook interesting point. The title of this video is 'we went in'. The arrow, is pointing to the 'in' part. If the title of the video was 'we went up' I would have considered an arrow pointing up. Same for down. Hope this clears things up, and that you now have a firm understanding of the function of a graphical arrow.
Just have a pure hatefulness. The germans would have throat people often the cliffs that they had to build them bonkers. My father fought in the Pacific against the Japanese. But a lot of my family fault to take Germany. The stories they told me were amazing at the cruelty that the Germans had.

Heya lads, I have a question. As someone extremely interested in history, could you give me a bit of knowledge on how and where to find these bunkers?
Where are you in the country bud?

oh not the arrows seemingly pointing to nothing, they're everywhere on TH-cam at the minute. Must be a thumbnail infecting virus or something!
