Fantastic. I saw Crosby race that very bike to win the Formula 1 world championship at Dundrod road circuit in Northern Ireland in August 1980. Joey Dunlop was his team mate for the day. Jesus christ what a days racing that was. Crosby was a fantastic racer and a fan favourite in Ireland.

Can remember Neville had the whole gang , Rick Perry , Murray Sayle and Greg , with Jeff Sayle on TZ 750 , defiantly Woodly on the RG 500 , and the Dutch chap , Hartog ,also on the RG 500 plus7 the usual chaps , all careering through the flip flop , fairings shairing sponsors ensign s, a quick squirt , and down rush into BP corner. Never before has so much been owned to so many , by so few .Peregrine McCauley , remembering Greg Mcshane . ,
Tremendous. That XR69 of Crosbys is the best looking 4 stroke on earth in my humble opinion. It sounds pretty good too.
