Welldone boss, if our batteries are connect in parallel and the voltage remain 11.7 which means 12volt, is the inverter to be install to be install must also be 12volt

Yes... But a 12v battery reading 11.7v shows that the battery has been deeply discharged. This not too good for a sealed or flooded battery.
