I can relate with you! I have lost both my parents, 4 sisters, wife (my wife is slowly turning my kids against me, I have 5 the two oldest barely talk with me), friends. But I won't back down from God's word, His true and perfect word!
I've never cried so much in my life, as I have in the last 6 months since I was changed. I've cried everyday this week... Only because I realise I'm a wretched sinner and deserve to be on the cross crucified instead of my Lord Jesus Christ! I have stopped drugs and alcohol over 2 weeks ago. I have backslid into drugs and alcohol in recent weeks/months, but now I can honestly say this with God as my witness! It's only through the Love, Grace and Mercy of our Perfect beautiful Lord Jesus Christ have I done this. It would be impossible on my own. I was going to take my own life. I was starting to get into witchcraft and lucerferianism. Thank God he showed me the truth and error of my ways and I've since turned away completely from that demonic rubbish and threw it all out in the garbage where demonic doctrine belongs! Praise GOD! All Glory, Honor & Exaltation to him alone! 🙏 I was so down and depressed about everything in my life. Even though I have a good life. I have food in my belly, clothes on my back, a roof over my head and a job and a car. We are all so ungrateful for what we have! When there are people in the world that are starving and can't even get fresh water to drink! God creates weakness and breaks you down to your lowest point in life so he can bring you back up! The sooner you realise you can do nothing without God the sooner you will realise what he has done for us and everything is impossible without him. When you read the Bible, it reads you. When you pick your Bible up, it picks you up. When you Dust of your Bible, it dusts you off. I love the Psalms! It is how we should be worshipping and praising our God! We can all learn a lesson from King David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Discernment takes great wisdom and humility. I would warn you to stay well away from Isaiah Saldivar & John Ramirez and all the 'demon slayers', who are not sound bible teachers. Also Dereck Prince has some very unbiblical teaching. Have you found a sound bible church to attend and grow in?
Don't hear messages like this being preached in churches anymore today it's all about community and food and living together in harmony and a whole bunch of candy floss that only tickle the years but never addresses the issues of the Soul anyone out there agree with this?
Luke, meaning light. Churches do not teach this because they are afraid of losing people - Read John 6:66, it's a pity they don't go on to read John 6:68. They could lose 90% of the congregation. When we measure success by numbers, we will be weak and ineffectual, this is the message of Gideon. If we want God to receive the glory then we have to depend entirely on Him.
I’m a veteran with so much trauma. I’ve denied God majority of life. Come to realize I’m alive because of him. I should have have died multiple times but god blessed me and has a plan for me. I bend the knee. God bless you all

Yes it is 'doable',.... but it is difficult. But this is exactly the point Jesus was making, and Steve is making now.. It was always going to ' cost us everything'.
This the biggest question I ask myself, am I really submitted to Christ? Am I really committed to Christ? Did I give Christ my everything when I accepted His terms of salvation? Better yet, did I even accept His terms of salvation? Did I really count the cost? Did I transfer all that I am and all that I got to Him? Did I do these things to meet His demands of peace?
I don't understand. I'm confused. How is salvation is a FREE gift if it will cost everything? Then how is that a FREE gift? Something that is FREE doesn't have conditions or a cost. The issue here in the selected verses is "DISCIPLESHIP." Jesus is not saying that nobody will make it to heaven unless they give everything! If that is the requirement, then only a handful would make it to heaven. Jesus is specifically talking about those who truly want to be His Disciples and seated next to Him and rewarded as such.
Listen again and again dear friend, then read what Jesus has stated. Salvation is a free gift but there are conditions. Oh yes there are. Ask God to reveal to you the truths here. Praise God for this powerful and true message.

Most believers will never be disciples; they'll live comfortable lives, accumulate many material things, have a cushy job, and stand at podiums receiving accolades from the crowds. That doesn't mean you don't have salvation, cause it's by faith in the grace of God, Jesus Christ.
Ok so someone tell me what is actually required to go to heaven becuase I believe the gospel and I try my best to keep the 10 commandments yes I make mistakes but I don’t give up I pray and ask for help and read my Bible I love god even tho I don’t understand everything all the time and I know you can’t sugarcoat the gospel but people are making it sound like we literally need to sell everything we own except our Bible move into the forest and do nothing but meditate all day on gods word

learn people learning and actually listen, for its true what it is said in this sermon. for giving up everything to christ and then seeing it first hand being these words come to past are anything but easy. The struggle and cost is a huge one and like he said the devil come after you for making such a commitment. the devil love regular sunday church people for to him they are harmless, worthless without power or conviction. but hates and will attack and declare a full on war to those who truly commit to christ. those few out there are the one he fears and knows he has no power over them and will. those who truly walk in christ the ones that will have to endure the hardest test in their lives. it will bring you to ur knees and drag you through the mud.
the question is will you still after all this, mustard up what ever strength you have left in you no matter the cost to yourself as your making the attempt to rise up and stand and kneel, and say to christ for i made a commitment and a promise to you and i say to you father i am still with you i bow to you and only you

This the biggest question I ask myself, am I really submitted to Christ? Am I really committed to Christ? Did I give Christ my everything when I accepted His terms of salvation? Better yet, did I even accept His terms of salvation? Did I really count the cost? Did I transfer all that I am and all that I got to Him? Did I do these things to meet His demands of peace?

I should never ever complain about the cross that God has given me to take.
I don't understand. I'm confused. How is salvation is a FREE gift if it will cost everything? Then how is that a FREE gift? Something that is FREE doesn't have conditions or a cost. The issue here in the selected verses is "DISCIPLESHIP." Jesus is not saying that nobody will make it to heaven unless they give everything! If that is the requirement, then only a handful would make it to heaven. Jesus is specifically talking about those who truly want to be His Disciples and seated next to Him and rewarded as such.
Listen again and again dear friend, then read what Jesus has stated. Salvation is a free gift but there are conditions. Oh yes there are. Ask God to reveal to you the truths here. Praise God for this powerful and true message.
It cost Jesus everything! It cost us nothing. A free gift is free. Unless of course he is only talking about discipleship. Discipleship cost us everything!

"Hate" A covenant word meaning, in this case, that the hearers who are His followers must have their strongest covenant (and commitment) with GOD -- stronger than their covenants with any of their own family members and loves.

Most believers will never be disciples; they'll live comfortable lives, accumulate many material things, have a cushy job, and stand at podiums receiving accolades from the crowds. That doesn't mean you don't have salvation, cause it's by faith in the grace of God, Jesus Christ.

Ok so someone tell me what is actually required to go to heaven becuase I believe the gospel and I try my best to keep the 10 commandments yes I make mistakes but I don’t give up I pray and ask for help and read my Bible I love god even tho I don’t understand everything all the time and I know you can’t sugarcoat the gospel but people are making it sound like we literally need to sell everything we own except our Bible move into the forest and do nothing but meditate all day on gods word
I am a believer a true uncompromising believer But I need to ask where does it say in the bible I need to hate my mother father or wife and or husband> Please show where it says that I know it says in Psalm 27:10 though my father and mother forsake me the Lord will never forsake us nor leave us.
I m concerned about this and how it will impact others. Some people might take it literally and actually hate. Please clarify. Honor thy mother and thy father is one of the 10 commandments.
