  • From my Monday Morning coffee routine to my Friday night pizza dinners. I recorded what I eat for an entire week without restriction and as an intuitive eater. I love to listen to my body and eat when I am hungry. I also take you with me on my daily workouts as I am currently completing the Sydney Cummings Accelerate Program! I love watching what others eat so why not show others what I eat?:)

    Banana Peanut Butter Muffins Recipe:
    2 ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1 cup peanut butter
    2 Tsp of vanilla extract
    2 Tbso honney (or maple syrup)
    1/2 Tsp baking powder
    4 chocolate chip chunks in each muffin (or 5 like I did)
