I have a feeling that sandra hüller will win Bafta and the international voters will maybe help her to get golden globes-drama awards. They gave awards to isabelle huppert somehow. I think this year, there will be no sweep in the actress category.

Critics Choice has never been so much like Critics. They're very mainstream. Always thought the Baftas were more critics friendly. Even the globes this year completely changed. I expect CC to nominate some weird thing with a not so good movie.

Cooper is trying way too hard with Maestro, Murphy is way more deserving. plus, critic circles are mostly ignoring Cooper, some of them don't even nominate him, the Oscar race I think is between Murphy and Giamatti. I feel like most of the bloggers trying to predict Bradley Cooper, are doing literally the same mistake when they try to predict him for A Star Is Born, and yet, he lost to Rami Malek. I also think he's losing to Murphy, cause the people and the passion are all behind Oppenheimer and Cillian Murphy.

I guess their campaign’s excuse is since the dolls exist in the movie as toys that it’s an original screenplay about if the dolls had lives and not an adaptation or something like that, idk. I don’t think that’ll hold water with that Oscars and they’ll switch it to adapted.
