David Krumholtz, Jason Clarke, & Josh Hartnett were all really damn good. Tom Conti's Einstein felt pretty truthful to how Einstein probably felt during that time period with the danger of the nukes and such. Phenomenal, LARGE cast and all of them gave strong performances.
Exactly...If Barbie Wins Ensemble Over Oppenheimer , That Will Be A Disgrace.@@DRM-nb1fg
CAREY MULLIGAN should win..,. Sandra Huller should be nominated Jeffrey Wright wont be nominated Barry, Leo or Andrew will be..
I should’ve put Saltburn in ahead of Poor Things. shit
I despise how boring the Supporting Actor frontrunners are. The only two from the top 5 that’s also in my top 5 are Ruffalo and Melton.
My personal 5:
Charles Melton, Milo Machado-Graner, Paul Mescal, Mark Ruffalo, John Magaro.
Robert Downey Jr.'s performance feels super overrated, in fact I think the lead performance in Oppenheimer is the only one worth nominating. The entire internet would explode if he was "snubbed" but I'd love it.
@@benjamintillema3572I agree completely. Oppenheimer has a lot of die hard fans who try to explain how every performance is Oscar worthy when it’s really only Cillian’s.
I sort of disagree. I feel like the supporting actor category is my favourite. I haven’t seen American fiction yet, but I love all the front runner and would happy if any of them won. I’ve been really bored by supporting actress and lead actor. Apart from the top 2 supporting actresses, the rest of the probable nominees are sooooo boring. And compared to last year where there the best actors felt really deserving and competitive, I feel like we are filling slots with the category this year. At least lead actress is interesting.
Complains about them being boring and wants Melton and Magaro lol
No DiCaprio is 😢
I could see Carey Mulligan getting snubbed for Greta Lee
am i the only one who feels like oppenheimer will get everything it's predicted to but not best picture..? for some reason i can't imagine it winning it
I really think Annette Bening will get nominated here, I just do.
Bradley cooper is NOT happening. He overdid it with maestro and nobody fell for all his gimmicks
Unpopular opinions:
1. Past Lives is overrated and boring.
2. Dominic Sessa deserves a nomination.
3. RDJ is good but not awards worthy.
4. Pike deserves a nom over America.
5. Greta gave a mid performance and I needed a bit more. Good actress though.
Barbie could win big at SAGS
When you guys refer to Gold Derby, are you talking about the movie critics at Gold Derby, or the random wackos who post messages all day and vote in the polls? Secondly, why do you even care what Gold Derby thinks?
Gold Derby odds
saltburn has been showing up at every guild so far, i'm very scared
Scared for what? You should be excited!
Saltburn is NOT happening, sorry.maybe Rosamund pike and 1 or 2 tech awards and that's it
2nd best movie of the year. do not be frightened.
Sandra Huller was ok. I did not like the movie. Margot Robbie was great!!
Nothing is a fact. At least personally, I did not see the hype with Past Lives. It was fine.
OMG thank you. Ppl are loosing their minds over such a boring movie.
I totally get why someone would think its too subtle or just fine. Thats how i felt about Aftersun. But something about this story was so well done and tender. Teo Yoo should be getting a best actor nom over Colman Domingo.
@@RB-.- he had the same face the whole time. The script didn’t give the actors much to do, which was disappointing.
Leo is campaigning....for Lily.
I don't recall ever seeing Leo posting on IG about his co-stars.
But he is for her.
....CONGRATS FOR 50k!!!!
