If you use a microwave oven for baking, you need to adjust the temperature to a lower temperature. So if it says 350° F then do 325° F AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON IT. I burnt cookies cuz I just left them until the timer went off. 😂
She was using the convection part of the oven, but it also applies. Don't use a microwave with aluminum foil! Burnt food will be the least of your problems!😅
If you like the UK countryside, I would recommend staying at the Cotswold when you're next here, it's popular for its quaint, scenic village vibe. The Lake District in the north of England is also very quiet and scenic. Great for staycations and hiking. I would also recommend Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, and Brighton as more sunny/coastal areas and Oxford and Bath if you want to explore cities.
Since TH-cam is probably not your main source of income, you can vlog whenever you want ☺️ it's ok to keep this freedom! But if you really like to vlog but just don't know what to film, there are a lot of youtubers who just film their casual life. Like "morning routine, night routine, work routine, productive week end, pack my bag with me, prep my lunch with me " etc etc.. You know that kind of aesthetic vlogs 😅

You should cook the banana bread under the air fryer setting. But also might be a different recipe to use for air fryers so I would google that and do it on the air fryer…because every time I do air fryer for my baking it comes out perfect….so much better than using the oven setting I am hooked on my air fryer.

The oven is not weak, but too strong maybe that's why it burn. Try lower down the temperature and add extra time when u bake.

try lowering the temperature as much as you can, and bake it longer. baking is like that, recipe is one thing and oven temperature is another.
and always always wait for the cake to cool first before cutting okayy. it'll be more stable.
