Fantastic ✅💯👍🏻 I've been trying to get my husband to help me do this in our TV room surrounding a faux electric fireplace. He thinks it's complicated! You made it look so easy.
Great job! Very pretty, too! The only thing I would add (not that you're asking😊) is to frame in the mini fridge. It would give the coffee bar a finished look all around. Bravo to you and your husband, for such good work. You would never know iit was Ikea!🎉
Wow, Christina, what a difference! Although it looks like it was original to your home, it's so practical for a busy family, too! The backlighting...genius. 😍
It’s now so beautiful! The best part for me is that nice piece of natural wood in the middle of your coffee bar! Congratulations from Montreal, Quebec!
Oh wow, wow, wow! You are amazing and your talents never cease to amaze me. I love how Sean is such a great partner in all of your dreams. He’s a treasure. Thanks for stepping through the project at such a pace as to help us understand how it came together. That’s what I like about what you do, you make us feel like we could accomplish things like this too. ❤❤❤
Well done! As a Professional Organizer, this is much better functional space than having a china hutch/cabinet. I’m noticing a coffee bar replacing an alcohol bar in many homes ☕️
Loved that she combined both. It looks really good - though I would have loved a drawer instead of the raiser for the upper cabinets. Or maybe the option of more counter space or to lay down tablets (with food or drinks) Prefered the chandelier you had before - the new one feels too small 😇🤗
Really beautiful and I now have an idea for my small coffee bar area. Recommendation would be to add pretty brass pull handles(fake) to the base area(kick plare area)of your top cabinets to make it look like two drawers. Currently looks like a base cabinet on top of base cabinets. You could even add a little bit of trim to make it look even more like two drawers.
You are so good at any kind of DIY and have given so much inspiration over the years. Of course some DIYs take longer for me because I have to wait on my husband 😁 Thanks for sharing all that you do!
It is stunning. I like the wall color. The drapes are nice and airy and something I'd like in my home. We don't have an Ikea in our area. But the cabinets that flank your ends is really nice. That fridge is adorable. It doesn't overpower the space but adds the availability to store the necessary needs for your coffee bar. I ordered a set of those lamps. I ordered them in brass and found out that they also had them in black. My handles on my cabinets are painted black and they would fit right in. Good job.
So beautiful!!! What a difference! You are genius with the IKEA hacks. I was just watching an old Julie Khuu video on awkward spaces- entryways, and saw your awesome Stall Hall project... One of my favorites❤❤❤
Looks awesome, the coffee bar you guys created completes the room and looks so much more intentional. Love the lighting Sean added, it added that extra touch of pizzaz!!! Thanks for sharing Christine, I hope everyone enjoys the new bar.......
I am such a visual learner. So watching you put this all together makes me much more confident that i could do something similar in my home. Gorgeous results! TYFS your inspiration!
Oh my goodness that is gorgeous!!! You make it look so easy but that was a lot of work. You have such an eye for function and beauty. I love IKEA too. Well done, it was a pleasure to watch. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Absolutely stunning! I’m always so impressed with your DIY makeovers but this one is my favourite. I love how you’ve incorporated IKEA pieces into this very practical space yet still so decorative. You have really inspired me to rethink my own coffee bar area! Thanks so much Christina! Keep them coming 👍🏻😄
I love, love this. So much new storage . If I was younger and hubby was still alive I would definitely do this. I have a room adjacent to my kitchen which I use as an everyday kitchen seating area. Right now it has two large ikea cabinets for things that don’t fit in my kitchen. It would be so easy to incorporate a coffee bar between them. You’ve certainly hit it out of the park with this idea
Wow! You and your husband did an incredible job. Looking at doing something similar in our dining room. You have truly inspired me. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your beautiful space
Love it! You inspire me the most with your Ikea projects. How does it look with the LED backlighting behind the marble? I didn't catch that if you showed it.
VERY, Very nice! It's a perfect idea for that wall. Love all the storage, practical use and nice focal point for all the holidays. The mini fridge is a great idea. Really like the topping rail and art light, pretty!
This is absolutely elegant! You always put together such a beautiful home.I love that new light over the table. You are so very talented and have a good eye.For what is going to look good❤
Thanks for sharing! Looking to do a custom built-in using IKEA cabinets so this is really helpful. Onnnnly thing I'd recommend is to turn off the table saw blade when the cut is complete before your dad gets his fingers ripped off reaching across the blade to pick up the piece😬
Wow, Christina! This looks amazing, great job! I’m always impressed by how handy you are 💪🏼 Your new curtains are really pretty…and matched your pants 😄
I love the concept! I would have carried the marble up as a back splash and in different contrasting marble, but thats just me. For wood accents, I would have applied it horizontally and not vertically as it gives feeling of not as wide. But great idea and looks lovely in its finished state. It definately creates more storage and I'm all about my coffee and Starbucks lattes as well! I live in an apartment, so I think you have given me further inspiration to possibly add a coffee bar along my livingroom wall area, with an Ikea shelving unit (s), as kitchen is llimited for space and galley style. I actually have picked out a black IKEA shelving unit and need to 4 to cover expance of my main lvrm wall for photos, art, ornaments and storage for special items. Thank you for sharing! I forwarded to my adult daughter and son as they both have new spaces and much more they can do to improve their storeage and feel of spaces. Will take time for them to sort out what makes it ideal for them. But great idea for sure!
Christina, this coffee bar looks amazing. I love the wood shelves and the counter top you used. What was the color of the stain? What kind of backing and counter top you used? Please tell me where I can get it and what's it called. Thank you so much for sharing, there nothing you can't do.
This is by far the most beautiful coffee bar DIY I’ve seen. Are you able to give an idea of a total cost? It seems like all the DIY’s I do add up with miscellaneous things that throw it over what I originally thought. I have an area I have been wanting to do something like this for so long and with the way you just broke this down the build I really think I could manage it😊 my only reservation is I do not have any idea on cost with all the extras? Thank you for all of your videos over the years by the way. I have learned a lot and been quite inspired from you.
Thank you so much! I'm happy you enjoy my videos. It took me a few weeks on and off and was just shy of $2500 CAD / $1800 USD. We had quite a few supplies/tools on hand.

This is very impressive! You and your hubby are really the diy dream team ‘eh? I bet you’ve learned a lot from each other.
Thank you so much! We do love our DIY projects, we've definitely learned a lot from each other!
Oh WOW! Love it! ❤
Absolutely gorgeous job Christina. I love when you use the IKEA cabinets to make your coffee bar dreams come to pass. Just WOW what a difference. 🤗💓💕💞
I'm so glad you like it! I love how it turned out too!
Looks absolutely beautiful!!! Such a difference! You, your girls, and anyone you host will enjoy that for years to come.
Thank you! We're already using it a ton!

Trouble is finding a fridge that would fit between counter and base molding
Absolutely looks built in and so well done. I like the mix of wood with gold accent. The space if beautiful and functional that is a win win.
Thank you! I'm so glad you like the way it turned out!
Looks good. I would have continued the bulkhead to the underside of the ceiling, though, to avoid the collection of dust.
Thanks! I considered it, but when I sketched that idea out the proportions looked way off with our tall ceilings.
Wow!!!!!!!! It’s gorgeous. I love everything you’ve done to this space.
From one Canadian to another, way to go!!!!!!!!!❤
Thank you so much! 🩷🇨🇦

This is just beautiful! I can't wait to see it all Christmassy!
Thanks! Me too! I'm already planning!
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you're feeling inspired. 🩷
I love, love this. So much new storage . If I was younger and hubby was still alive I would definitely do this. I have a room adjacent to my kitchen which I use as an everyday kitchen seating area. Thank you! I think a coffee bar in that space would be amazing!
I love the transformation you created! The only thing I don't like about it, is the mini fridge. I would prefer it being hidden it by a cabinet!
Thanks so much! I actually love seeing the cute retro fridge. ☺️
I'm not exactly a DYI'er, but a spring rod and subtle curtain could hide the fridge.
Wow!!!! Just gorgeous ! What a transformation! And I love the idea of adding seasonal decor. Such a fun place! 🎉🎉
I'm so glad you like it! It's fun to change things up with the seasons!
You had me at coffee bar! This is AMAZING! Thank you for sharing! ❤

Your coffee bar is stunning. As usual, you and the hubby are very talented indeed and make a great team. Well done!

Love it! You inspire me the most with your Ikea projects. How does it look with the LED backlighting behind the marble? I didn't catch that if you showed it.
It was really close to the end. It was just a super quick clip.
Thank you! Yes, there are a few clips near the end.
VERY, Very nice! It's a perfect idea for that wall. Love all the storage, practical use and nice focal point for all the holidays. The mini fridge is a great idea. Really like the topping rail and art light, pretty!

Wow. What a great addition for the holidays! Looks great! Happy Holidays!
Thanks for sharing! Looking to do a custom built-in using IKEA cabinets so this is really helpful. Onnnnly thing I'd recommend is to turn off the table saw blade when the cut is complete before your dad gets his fingers ripped off reaching across the blade to pick up the piece😬
I love this video! You have great style, you inspire me to make my home more beautiful and be more adventurous with DIY projects. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you like it! 😄
Absolutely amazing, what you did there! That is exactly my style, I love it 😊
It turned out beautiful! Great job! I love the marble and pine backsplash. We don't have IKEA near us and they don't ship to our area, unfortunately.
Thank you! That's too bad that you don't have one near. 😞
Christina you are frickin AMAZING!! Looks amazing, a job well done again!!
Thank you so much! 🩷
Awesome! Gorgeous. Thank you for all your hard work.
I love how this turned out.
This is dreamy!!!! I would give anything to have this coffee bar!
I love the coffee bar. Job well done. I like the old light better.
Beautiful, both the design and the execution
Great job! I absolutely love your dining room table.
Thanks so much! I love it too!
You, my dear, have a brand new fan! Will be binge watching your channel. ❤
I'm so glad my coffee bar gave you some ideas for your apartment! It's amazing what you can do with IKEA cabinets!
Love love the finished built in. Love everything.
It looks beautiful! My husband and I were thinking about doing this in our basement. I will send him the video to get some ideas.
I’m so impressed ! You did such a great job !
Thank you so much! I'm so happy with how it turned out.
Wow, you did an outstanding job! Looks fantastic!
Beautiful!❤️
For fresh water and used coffee grounds, do you need to go to the kitchen?
Thank you! I knock the grounds into a bin and get fresh water from the kitchen right across the hall.
One of my faves! Such a beautiful build
Christina, this coffee bar looks amazing. I love the wood shelves and the counter top you used. What was the color of the stain? What kind of backing and counter top you used? Please tell me where I can get it and what's it called. Thank you so much for sharing, there nothing you can't do.
Thanks so much! I have everything linked for you in the description. ☺️
You did an amazing job on the coffee bar, love it!
Thanks so much! I love how it turned out!
You created an amazing coffee bar!! Bravo! I'm a Canadian living on Vancouver Island in BC.
Thanks so much! I’m so happy you like it! 😊
I LOVE this!! My favorite project you have done so far!
Thanks so much! I'm so happy you like it!
