  • Grind and brew every cup to order! Here's how. It's the only way to ensure the perfect cup with full flavor and aroma... and always use freshly roasted coffee beans, less than two weeks from the roasting date.

Does anyone know what is the medium being used there to brew the filter coffee with? It seems that it doesn’t even have a paper filter? 😅 I could also just be blind.

If I could, I will start brew coffee roasted for filter after one month from the roasting date and if for espro after two months from the roasting date. Best time to taste the fully potential flavor of the beans.
Only the flavor of the coffee, without disturbing gas noted in your retronasal olfaction which usually come up when you drink coffee that too fresh.
    You're welcome.

That depends on the varietal of the bean & who roasted the beans.
I will definitely consider your guidelines with the beans you bought from whomever roasted your beans.
Coffee can never be justified with textbook answers.
