  • Original American downhill frame. Tomac 204 Magnum from the beginning of the 21st century. Restored from scratch using modern technologies - it was repainted with the use of high-end car paints and got modern Japanese KYK bearings.
We faithfully recreated all the graphics from the original stickers and transferred them to the frame in a new, slightly more saturated colour edition. Even logo and the badge "made in the USA" are painted - no stickers / decals. Using an industrial epoxy primer and colours from a modern range of car paints, we refreshed the frame in a durable and shiny fashion.
Fox Vanilla rear shock is a classic and it’s pleasant in adjustment and use. In addition, it is durable and requires much less service than modern air inventions.
The second generation of the Manitou Dorado fork - the best one in our opinion. It was the first carbon shock absorber I had an opportunity to see and it still makes the same impression today. Fork is in almost flawless condition. Stickers have been newly designed and made by "Stickers Studio". Axle is brand new.
Magura Gusatv’s M - Brand new, timeless and flawlessly working. It's hard not to know this legend of bicycle hydraulics - probably the most recognisable brakes with a floating calliper.
We entrust the construction of wheels to our private specialists - Dandy Horse. Perfectly tensioned, brand new Mavic DH D 3.1 rims and Sapim Leader spokes with brass nipples.
The completely modern 10-speed drive from the renowned SRAM brand is something that we think is definitely missing in this bike. Combining the classic with the modern, we get reliable functionality in a beautiful form.
Thanks to the appearance of fat-bikes, new standards for bottom brackets and cranks have also emerged - perfect!
Gizmo Mr Dirt chain guide was one of the most interesting part of restoring this bike. Even our first chain guide prototype was created ... However, at the end we decided to go with the original chain guide because it is an element visually inseparable from this bike. That is why we have made every effort not only to renew it, but also to improve it. The chain guides and rollers are made on a CNC machine are made from a modern industrial plastic with addition of molybdenum.
Renthal FatBar Lite - A wide handlebar is a matter of common sense.
RaceFace grips - We wanted cockpit to be as modern as possible.

Respect!!! just built 2001 intense M1 Shawn Palmer Edition. Stripped raw and custom painted fully reassembled. 90's early 2000's dh bike are the best ever built. nothing new holds a candle.

First off, this video is great and the bike is amazing. The details here are incredible.
I found this vid because I used to own this model 204 Magnum. It is a really well-made frame, with all the various pieces and pivots of good quality. It was really solid and stiff but HEAVY. But the suspension was good, it rode well, and looked cool (I had a Marzocchi Shiver on mine--it was heavy af with big tires, Intense Mag 30 rims at one point, and that beefy frame). I bought it used, and the (proprietary?) Mr. Dirt chainguide was falling apart, but still worked fine. I think it had 12x165mm hub spacing and a 100mm bottom bracket, which is not great for getting replacement parts. The suspension was awesome for the time, though. The biggest downside was the head angle. Like 68 degrees or something. I raced it some and rode a lot in the northeast US. Ended up getting a crack in the headtube at some point; can't even remember what I did with it after that. Fun while it lasted, though. Really cool bike that still looks great.

Hey! So nice to hear that. I have to admit that Shiver is also my favourite fork ;) you're right about the tech specs, so it isn't the most obvious construction ever, however it always will be one a kind - love it !
