Quang Tran it's not a strange as u think using fish sauce in Italian food. Back in ancient Roman times they invented a fermented fish sauce called Garum. It was so popular they pretty much used it in everything in place of salt...A little food for thought.

Ok not even half way thru this vid and already love it. So awesome that he references the importance of washing meat properly before cooking it. I guess it is a Caribbean thing and I love that he gets it and incorporates that into his cooking now. It DOES make a difference in ones cooking.

I would love to try oxtails with lasagna instead of ground beef or sausage. It’s probably equally as good as the usual meats I use. Thanks for the idea and keep it up Quang, you have an amazing channel and I love your passion for cooking and good eats ❤️

Italians never use salad as an entree it s an american thing. Salad is used just to accompany our meats or fish
When I make salad with sweet cherry tomatoes i cut them in half as they then help naturally sweeten the salad 🥗 which i love. Even though i also love a good crisp green salad with a tart, lemony vinaigrette.
