Usually we dont mix the meatballs (köttbullar) with the brunsås (gravy). We cook it separated and then we dip the meatball in the gravy. Our kanelbullar (cinnamon rolls) is a little bit thinner and flater. Except that you got everything right Quan! Keep up the good work!
Fresh crawfish is the best especially here in the southern states where it’s full of Cajun flavors ! When it’s out of season / frozen , it’s not that great lol

You should def look into planning a trip to the states and making pit stops in the major cities and trying their food! (If you need a person to plan your hotels I can assist!)
