Really wish we had a schedule of releases so I could decide if I should pull for the old tree or wait. Great video, caveat I have not watched it all and you may cover this later but how much of an upgrade on Granny or Thoran is he specifically in this comp?
They gave a bit of a schedule in their recent dev post. Wasnt super detailled but atleast gave an idea of whats going to happen soon. Ulmus isnt a big upgrade in terms of tanking but the extra CC really helps reducing the damage the team takes and heightens the damage Carolina can inflict with her AoE Snowballs
I wonder if they released parisa's skin prior to the song of strife season to encourage people into building her, as she is a unit who can be useful against those spiders.
That ulmus team looks so fun. But im still hesitating to pull him. If next rate up hero is good then i cant pull it. And im not rly sure if that ulmus team helps me with afk stages. Currenly pushing over 2x my power enemies😅
If Ulmus had launched with the game he would be a respected hero like Antandra. But if you have Granny already is he really worth it? Seems like Ulmus is better with Eironn specifically, and Granny is better everwhere else. Is that about right?

She is pretty strong tbh. Just flying a bit under the radar. Is a big asset for Wilder Tower :-)

Imo just wait and get him from all hero recruitment after the rate up. Takes some time but is pretty easy

Yeah that sounds right.
But Granny also doesn’t really sees play anywhere but Eiron/Wilders team
So despite granny being a better “general” tank, that is not saying much imo.
Possibly on lower levels
Yeah in general Granny is the better tank. Ulmus is a worse tank but has the CC Synergy that makes it worth using him
