I think a housing crash will happen because all those people who bought homes over asking price, although it was at a low interest rate, they are over their heads. They have no equity if the housing prices continue to go down, and if for whatever reason they cannot afford the house anymore and it goes into foreclosure because even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I think this will happen to a lot of people especially with the massive layoff predicted for the future and the cost of living rising at a high speed.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

You know, I have to say that for a tiny house with 5 people living in it, I found the living, dining and kitchen area to be quite spacious. Most tiny houses I've seen have a small, built-in couch and an even tinier fold-down dining table next to a window. This house has great flow and feels big! Brilliant design!

Wow, Bryce! I love this family, their extremely thoughtful values in nurturing the children and each other, and this wonderfully practical, gorgeous home. For the past couple years I have been following a few THOW channels to find what would work for me as a 74.5 year old woman (who retired 2 years ago). The reality of having 44 years in my current home and downsizing to a THOW has taken dedicated effort mentally and emotionally before the “doing” part.
You and your partner have discovered hundreds of people making the same journey, yet what you both offer with the people you choose to film is a constant variety. That quality of noting both the sameness of thinking, yet with continuing differences has touched my heart so much. This is a home that I can see for my own life. I love the small bedroom that is so much like a cubby space. One twin bed with the opposite as a full-sized bookcase would be perfect. That huge window, the large room with spacious space, and the built-ins are perfect.
This home is totally brilliant! It is one thing to appreciate others' homes for themselves and then to discover one example that would be solely for your own dreams and needs. . So sorry, this has run on too much. Thank You to you both, Francois, and Sarah-lee!

Good example of a good family, simple life which grows connected humans. This is living with earth, nature and our own nature. Really being human. When the kids grow just add another tiny house like the guest house. Then when they grow up they can move with their home if need to. Thank you for sharing. Gives an old lady hope for the future.

As a retired educated I would like to say that this family, especially the children are getting the most valuable life lessons by living in this amazing tiny home. In a bigger home with their own rooms there not be as tight of a family unit as these kids have. The outdoor space, for not only play but also all of them working together to help grow some of their own food but also helping prepare it and having family meals together is so important. I’ve always agreed that the parents are the first teachers for children but these parents are teaching so much more than just book learning. As a mother that had to work outside of the home to give my kids all that I thought was important, I lost a lot of valuable time as a family. I know it’s probably sometimes stressful for the parents as well without a totally private and quiet space away from the children but I think they are making memories as a family that will stay with all of them.

We really love this, we are a family of 6 and are working on building a tiny house for our family in France. We have a 12 year old, 10 year old and twins who are 8 years old so its tricky to try and get a space which works for all of us but we are going to work it out and make it work as I agree family time is so important and we love being together as a family. Thanks so much for sharing.

Thank you AGAIN Bryce for bringing us a wonderful video. I loved this family - and was amazed that Francois, through his training, was able to design a totally functioning and beautiful home for him, his wife and 3 children. Simply amazing. It's a small home yet all the pieces fit together perfectly! Take care my friend. ;)

I want the experience of living in a tiny house, maybe when I have a husband so just the two of us! Or maybe with young children! Not a forever home but whilst I’m finding my future! A converted van could also be cool as I want to travel! I want to give it a go and then move into a bigger house!

My parents did the tiny house experience in late 1940s, early 1950s. It was midcentury design, lots of built ins. I remember it, though it was before my time. We used it for many years, in MANY ways. It was lovely. It gave us security and wonderful memories.

It's clever to put kids in close quarters for now. At this age, they are all about bunking together and having fun. Of course, they will change once they turn into teens and have physically grown too. But for now, it's a great way of (forcibly) bonding the kids. Kids need to learn to share and stay closer for their early emotional development. Beautiful design. Nice video, Bryce.

Love their tiny house and this family. It’s just, I live small, not tiny but small. I live alone with my now teenage son and he’s got the one bedroom we have, I sleep in the living room and we have two cats. It was kinda okay when he was little but it was horrible when he was sick!!! (Especially stomach flu😖) Laundry everywhere and even more horrible when we both were sick!!! And I only have one child. They probably manage or none of them ever gets sick? That would be my only thing I guess 🤔 Plus now that he’s 17, it’s almost as if our house got even smaller haha. But I’m thankful that I’m still able to pay for a roof over our head and it’s ours no matter how small 🤗 Apart from the being sick thing, they have a great tiny house 😍

And i love the house. this builder really knows what he's doing.

a lot here are so worried once these kids becomes teenager..in my country we always share a room it's not a requirement that each kids/teenager should have their own rooms and if you're unlucky you will sleep on the couch😂..they can move out once their 18 or once they get a job..as long as these parents gives all the things they need & good education..a lot of family putting most of their money in Mortgage/rents makes them hard to provide the needs of their kids plus the time being with them coz they have to work hard or work extra just for the mortgage..I hope someday i could have a 'tiny house' with my future kids..the bond in this family are amazing..💖
