The mother leaves the babies alone for the day, because they're completely scentless, while her presence would attract predators. She then comes back at night to feed them, unless she can't find them because _a tiktoker moved her nest or stole the babies_

@AbbeyKitty1013 Some are even worse, they film an animal before and after hurting it, and then edit it around so that it looks like it was injured when they found it and then they treated it. Usually they just dump the hurt animal afterwards so they don't have to actually pay for a vet bill.
Except they cut those parts out so you just see the animal start to move and then the vid suddenly cuts to them sitting perfectly in the middle again 😭
Or do the most ineffectual attempt at rescuing and drawing out the ‘rescue’ unnecessarily as long as they possibly can. It’s pretty obvious with these kinds of videos when they’re clearly prioritizing filming over the rescue itself.

I can talk to almost anyone around me and they'll agree that it messed us up big time, including myself. I know I'm not his parent and I know I can't tell you how to parent but he's too young for a tablet or phone, it can seriously mess up a young child's development. For kids his age, it's best that he watches maybe 30 minutes to an hour a day. Less screen time can also help young kids be nicer. --from a 15-year-old

I've seen a video of a baby wild bunny running toward someone, and then a video of a baby bunny being fed, and then so on, but the bunny gets bigger and literally changes into different breeds. There have been SEVERAL of those channels that have been exposed for putting the animals in those situations. If they upload very regularly it's almost guaranteed to be fake. If you check the videos you will notice how it is the same animals over and over again too
Apart from the lack of many jump cuts and shaky recordings, this was a perfect representation of such videos 😂 Then there are the ones who post videos of injured animals with captions like "if you scroll past without liking or commenting, then you don't want [insert the animal's name] to live 😥😢". Initially, I used to like or comment under them in support, but then I began getting more such videos, so I stopped reacting to them. I had to mark some accounts who do this regularly as "do not recommend". I understand that sometimes you have to do these things to get people to help animals in need, but after a point I find such attention grabbing tactics very distasteful and cheap.
the really fucked up thing is channels like this are almost always faked, as in they're taking an animal that was fine and putting them in these situations to farm clicks or fraudulently get donations. animals are injured by these channels, sometimes the same animal over and over, because it works on people. literally the lowest scum of the earth that make this kind of content to prey on people's trust

It’s just click farming at its worst. Hurting animals for money and sympathy makes me sick, but people suck up the happy content for a dopamine fix even though it’s either faked or cruel or both
and there is no way to tell them its fake. The channel owner will delete your comment and ban you from commenting forever. You have to click the names and hope they have an open profile where you can hunt them down on another comment section. and even if you do, there is no guarantee they will see it, and if they do, they might not believe you. I have tried so hard and yt does nothing.
This is why I don't watch animal rescue video of any sort. It doesn't even matter if it's staged or not. When a video showing an animal in distress gets 10 million views you know that someone somewhere is going to "recreate" that situation.
Thank you for doing this. The more people who know not to click on these videos the better. Do not give any kind of feedback whatsoever - even a thumbs down or negative comment. Just ignore. Good or bad, it is engagement for the channel and helps them.
There are some VERY RARE times where they find an actual hurt animal while filming a different video. But when they’re literally recording a bro walking and then finding a hurt animal, that!s when it’s fake.

I don't doubt that those videos are frequently faked, but people do just throw out old electronics like that - here they get left on the side of the road for e-waste contractors to pick up, so I've brought some home myself. I'm not about to tell a stranger how to parent their kid, but I do agree with my fellow gen Z here that internet access from a young age will mess up a kid's developement.
I know I'm not his parent and I know I can't tell you how to parent but he's too young for a tablet or phone, it can seriously mess up a young child's development. For kids his age, it's best that he watches maybe 30 minutes to an hour a day. Less screen time can also help young kids be nicer.

Nah, it's on TH-cam too. Those things are like a plague. Basically channels dedicated to ""rescuing"" animals but it's been proven the video are staged and they're the one putting the animals in harmful situations to film themselves ""rescuing"" them.

There have been SEVERAL of those channels that have been exposed for putting the animals in those situations. If they upload very regularly it's almost guaranteed to be fake. If you check the videos you will notice how it is the same animals over and over again too

Then there are the ones who post videos of injured animals with captions like "if you scroll past without liking or commenting, then you don't want [insert the animal's name] to live 😥😢". Initially, I used to like or comment under them in support, but then I began getting more such videos, so I stopped reacting to them. I had to mark some accounts who do this regularly as "do not recommend". I understand that sometimes you have to do these things to get people to help animals in need, but after a point I find such attention grabbing tactics very distasteful and cheap.
the really fucked up thing is channels like this are almost always faked, as in they're taking an animal that was fine and putting them in these situations to farm clicks or fraudulently get donations. animals are injured by these channels, sometimes the same animal over and over, because it works on people. literally the lowest scum of the earth that make this kind of content to prey on people's trust

It’s just click farming at its worst. Hurting animals for money and sympathy makes me sick, but people suck up the happy content for a dopamine fix even though it’s either faked or cruel or both
and there is no way to tell them its fake. The channel owner will delete your comment and ban you from commenting forever. You have to click the names and hope they have an open profile where you can hunt them down on another comment section. and even if you do, there is no guarantee they will see it, and if they do, they might not believe you. I have tried so hard and yt does nothing.

This is why I don't watch animal rescue video of any sort. It doesn't even matter if it's staged or not. When a video showing an animal in distress gets 10 million views you know that someone somewhere is going to "recreate" that situation.

I don't doubt that those videos are frequently faked, but people do just throw out old electronics like that - here they get left on the side of the road for e-waste contractors to pick up, so I've brought some home myself.
