Khoan, I had a Chinese girl friend at one time and she taught me how to cook traditional Chinese. Sweet and Spring onions are in many dishes that she made me.. She did a Beef and Ginger with Onion dish that was awesome as well....

Surprise that it is not so popular. This is a proper Chinese flavor dish. It taste better with king prawns.

Chicken meat is quite soft, you don't need to marinate it. The flavors comes from the ginger, garlic and condiments.
