    So at 11Pm on a Friday night i watched your video.. gathered up the ingredients and made this dish as you demonstrated in the video.. and its spot on!!! excellent ... Thank you so much.. keep this video's coming...

    Khoan, I had a Chinese girl friend at one time and she taught me how to cook traditional Chinese. Sweet and Spring onions are in many dishes that she made me.. She did a Beef and Ginger with Onion dish that was awesome as well....

    Surprise that it is not so popular. This is a proper Chinese flavor dish. It taste better with king prawns.

    not surprised you haven't heard of it, most people don't mention it because it tend to have a bad reputation. You should google it and have a good read about it. It's MSG

    Chicken meat is quite soft, you don't need to marinate it. The flavors comes from the ginger, garlic and condiments.

    you say you do not use soy sauce but in the link it has 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce in the ingredients !!! confused !!!
