Most furniture used in here are vampiric style, its craftable. Maybe ask around if people can make it :) most housing guilds have crafters who can make the stuff.

i think its the Vampiric Cauldron, Distilled Coagulant that jaxaxo used in the alchemy section but im not 100% sure
