This is the most spectacular thing I’ve listened to in a long time
You need to get out more
@@mickeypip1524 I pity how sour your outlook on life must be.
Love that there's a completely unrelated piece of music just sitting on the stand
Now _this_ is how you get people to fall in love with classical music. Spine-tingling stuff 🙌
I'm gonna need a bigger subwoofer...
1:29 always gets my eyes teary, every single time. It's no wonder why Powell's score was nominated for an Oscar.
You should hear these things live... It gives new meaning to "feeling the music."
Powell should have won that year,
I’ve listened to this song more times than I can count and it never gets old. There something just so powerful about it, so moving and soul liftingly beautiful
The super low note at about 1:08 gets me every time. this is beautiful. well done. bravo
It's not actually that low, partly it's the timbre due to being a reed.
@@owensmith7530 The base note is somewhere near 36Hz, D1 with A4=440Hz. So yeah, that's actually pretty low.
@@t3hleviathan It's within the quoted +-3db frequency response of my speakers. Just.
Just what you need after a bad day at the office👍 Brilliant!!
And the adorable cheeky smile at the end 🤩
I want this played at my wedding ಥ‿ಥ
Heavenly. When I heard the bass the tears started flowing.
So incredible! Thank you for giving the world this version of a great song!
I cannot emphasize how many times I've played this video. My fiancé sent the link to me earlier on today because he knows How to train your Dragon is my FAV movie franchise.
I think I may have listened to this maybe 10 times today and the day is not yet over
The camera showing her feet on pedalboard is wonderful!
Just had the pleasure of hearing Anna Lapwood play this live. Still stunned. What a joy!
I would have cried had I been in the church to experience this. Just cried. Amazing.
This version of Anna is just so magical, at least as much as her smile at the end. Just love her. ;-)
Way to short, this version. Brings tears to my eyes… I could listen to this all day
Simply WOW. Would like to hear that live. Got goosebumps all over ❤
When the D pedal comes in at 1:10 it just sends me, amazing.
yes, and 1:25 is definitly the kick-off.
fabulous, pure class!!
@@josscko646 have to admit though, the liberty taken with the bass line at 1:25 does bother me a bit, where the arrangement mirrors the melody going from the A to the D instead of remaining quarter notes (how it's supposed to be) to get that sense of anticipatory motion. Fantastic otherwise, just a minor quibble.
Watching this incredible young woman bring such sounds from this musical dragon brings tears to my eyes. Totally transcendent.
Need a 10hr version of this; I could listen to this on repeat for ages!
Gave me the chills, well done!
Any plans to release sheet music? 😅
Truly exceptional. And the sharp click of the stops is so very satisfying.
The smile adds the finishing touch.
You forgot the " Chrushed it!" with that very smug look at the end, Because you did... So awesome
1:09 🤯
I could listen to this all day. Sitting here looking at you playing that monstrously huge instrument I think you must inspire young girls to take it up. Imagine a youngster believing she could make music like this and touch peoples' hearts? You're amazing.
You even inspire OLD girls to take it up! (Like me...)
And the moon is made of blue cheese.....
Stunning! Thank you!
I think that may well have been better than the original ... Glad I had my full speaker set on the go and not just the laptop!
I listen to this when my day needs brightened. Love listening to you play Anna. 🎼🎹
This was great. My young son, "That's beautiful!" Thank you for sharing this.
Gives me goosebumps every time.
1:25 ❤
I can honestly say this has helped stop me stressing at work thank you
Outstanding 🎉
Absolutely Bravo! Favorite music for this life ever. The majestic power is overwhelming
I’m so in love with this version 🥹
love the registration
Brilliant! I know you had fun with this fabulous rendition!
This is sublime ❤❤
Anna, you make me smile!
Crazy Goosebumps
So like, if you ever get around to recording this for release on Spotify, it would help me fulfill my goal of listening to it on repeat for the rest of my natural life.
Edit: YEEESS You did it!!! The timing is absolutely 100% a coincidence but I've decided this is still the best moment of my life.
I love listening to you playing this. Always makes my day. 🎼🎹
I’ve cried for like half an hour listening to this on repeat help how do I stop
I like these gesticulations and this sweet smile in the end
Apart from the lovely performance, great grin at the end!
The look says everything.
Thanks and greetings from Germany!
Just wonderful! Thank you Anna
Awesome
so so beautiful
Absolutely beautiful!!
Oh my gosh so beautiful thank you!
Great! You really demonstrated the genius in you!. More wisdom always.
That made me tear up, that was spectacular!
This is stunning, i love it!
Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!
Truly fascinating
This... works ! With the beginning I was a bit afraid it might lack the punch of the original, but after the change of register (is that the correct term ?) the punch is there ! This doesn't surpass the original imo, but adaptations like this rarely equal the original, and this one is no doubt an exception !
Well played (pun intended) !
Just beautiful ❤️❤️. Brava!
Goosbumps❤
Fantastic
Brilliant,awesome

Very nice video music relaxing I like this from Indonesian support your channel and succes for you
The first minute, is the "clacking" noises the organ's airvalves opening and closing?
I think it’s the sound of mechanical key action!
Where can you find the sheet music?
