@@SuppressiveSquirrel but the man is usually the main breadwinner. Getting a green card, coming from the UK is very difficult!! Hard to find a new job in a new country as well. Plus, once she's here long enough she'll get free medical treatment, and we have around 3x the amount of paid vacation than Americans have (at least!), plus paid maternity leave, free prescriptions, the list goes on. Makes a lot of sense! I'm sure she probably really liked it here too. JMO.
PS. I love the US and I'm not having a dig! Just explaining it's a nightmare trying to get a green card, and financially they're probably better off 💖🏴

What I learned from the Church of Scientology and my own marriage there in my twenties is that its not because one is a Scientologist that relationships one engages in there are better, safer, more genuine and happier than any where else. If they are meant to last they will but if they are meant to break they will as surely as the sun rises and sets everyday.
The good, the bad and the ugly are part of our experience. They are the ingredients through which we learn and grow.
The Church of Scientology demands one to join the hive mind in order to support it and in the process of doing so to put all others of your dynamics aside. Its true everywhere on staff in Scientology but its flagrant within the Sea Org. 🙏🧡
Okay I don’t know the technical name for it but in reference to your pinky’s Aaron, you are correct it is genetic, it’s a LIGAMENT problem, too short at birth, what they do now is take babies that have this (often toes are involved as well) and do stretching exercises and they are also given specialized hand splints to wear in sleep. Until the child is grown. But if you fail to do the exercises and wear the special splints the fingers will stay bent. You can elect to have surgery, but it is not guaranteed to work or last. You do not qualify for a handicapped placard for your car for this.
I know things because a good friend of mine has this, her parents never got her the help for it and when she had a child, the child was born with it as well.

I never understood the intricacies of Scientology until I found your channel. In the 80s and 90s, I owned a business 1 block from the Ft. Harrison. My kids went to Belcher Elementary School, Clearwater, in the 80s. They had many Scientology kids in their classes who lived in the motels on south US 19. (converted to housing for Scientology kids). As a “room mother” volunteer at Belcher, I noticed the S. children because they seemed so unhappy. They said they never saw their parents, they never interacted with any classmates. They said they had to clean and service their buildings after school everyday…no time for friends, sports, etc…there’s so much more, as you can imagine. But now, this begins to make sense.
