I'm a reasonably big guy (6" ~200lbs) When we got in there, he spoke to one of the female instructors. Maybe (4"10' ~115lbs) and he said to me "You start on your back, she takes top, and I bet you £50 can't get back on your feet within 10mins." I took the bet, and lost bad. It was almost like this girl could read my mind. When I moved, she knew exactly what I was doing and was already moving to compensate. Not to mention, I was exhausted after 2mins, and she didn't break a sweat. I signed up immediately. Also signed up my stepdaughter and son and we go twice a week. Best thing I ever did.

Have you heard about a book by Julia Lalonde called "Resilience is Futile: The Life and Death and Life of Julie S. Lalonde" she talks about her stalking experience and how she only became free once he died in a car accident. One of the things she recommends is that your support system (like the amazing Nora!!!) help you in going through materials, evidence, correspondence, etc support you by being the one to help you review, compile or look at items from your stalker. Nora was spot on to say she was weaponizing your brother. I'm glad she jumped on to help!!! In future to help you out why not have Nora on too especially when it comes to reading out crappy blog posts or discuss things your stalker has specifically designed to get to you. I hope a gigantic spotlight on her now will help dissuade her from further activity, but it might not - stay safe!!! :) We love you AAron!♥

Yes female abusers are more likely to use physical force than male abusers. HOWEVER that force is almost always non-lethal or not physically injurious. Basically, while a female is more likely to slap it will only sting for a while. A male is less likely to strike, but when he does he will s-- --ns and people won’t get back up. I watched baby reindeer with my boyfriend & I just kept looking at him in shock while watching because so much of Martha's behavior reminded me exactly of his stalker. Have you heard about a book by Julia Lalonde called "Resilience is Futile: The Life and Death and Life of Julie S. Lalonde" she talks about her stalking experience and how she only became free once he died in a car accident.
One of the things she recommends is that your support system (like the amazing Nora!!!) help you in going through materials, evidence, correspondence, etc support you by being the one to help you review, compile or look at items from your stalker. Nora was spot on to say she was weaponizing your brother.
I'm glad she jumped on to help!!! In future to help you out why not have Nora on too especially when it comes to reading out crappy blog posts or discuss things your stalker has specifically designed to get to you.

I watched baby reindeer with my boyfriend & I just kept looking at him in shock while watching because so much of Martha's behavior reminded me exactly of his stalker. The constant messages, the erratic behavior, the public slamming followed by physical stalking and going to his house and more psychotic ramblings. She even mentioned him YEARS later in her baby birth announcement post. Thankfully he was granted a 20 year restraining order(to which, in court, she responded by asking the judge if she could appeal 😂 girl, do you want to keep stalking him what do you mean can you appeal?!)

Aaron and Nora said far better than I could, in that this person's irrational attacks on and invasion of privacy of, former cult members only reflects badly on The Aftermath Foundation and its board. The vital goal of all never-ins and former members should be to have this cult's tax exempt status removed thus allowing this cult to wither away. Personal attacks on former cult members through an aggressive and unstable individual is both eerily reminiscent of this cult's punishment method of "fair gaming" along with diminishing the good that the Aftermath Foundation has done in the past and still might do sometime in the future. Why can't the Aftermath Foundation see that?

I can't believe that woman was a catholic nun. My husband, who attended catholic school as a child, remarked once that he was raised by the "sisters of holy terror." He described the nuns as being cruel teachers. I guess this was only part that rubbed off on Stefani. Hope she realizes that God is watching.
I find it very easy to believe,many Nuns are just as guilty of abuse of children in care and in Catholic schools around the world, as Priests have been.
