Hi there! So sorry for the late response. I hope the little one is ok. Peachicks are incredibly fragile and it could be many factors. What temperature were you keeping him at and have you ever let him out on grass? Sometimes they can get sick from eating worm eggs on grass.

Heat lamp is never safe for any small chick. Use a brooder warmer instead

We switched to a heat plate instead of the lamps much better, safer and uses less power
