I agree with everybody that this is one of Slim's for sure. The only significant difference between Slim's (and maybe your) style of camping is that I have a 75-pound dog that I have to attend to pretty much everywhere I go..
I agree 100% with Jean West she nailed it. I have been seriously thinking about getting a fiberglass camping trailer, so I am glad that I found you again. A lot of great information.

awesome call on that trailer. I got out of my pop up and bought a 1978 Trillium 4500. Best decision that I ever made, next to start camping in the first place. You are going to love it.
The outback is a good choice. I have an archaeology friend who took his to Baja every year for nearly three decades. It worked well and needed little upgrading and repairs. When the weather turned nasty, we in tents were quite jealous. Looking good Slim!
I installed my solar panels on the roof of my Jeep, so I can park my fiberglass trailer in the shade and the Jeep in the sun. I have driven off forgetting to unplug luckily nothing has been damaged.
I did that with my travel trailer once....completely forgot to unplug the power cord, luckily it just ripped the outlet out of the box, simple fix, but a great reminder to do a walk around, and then another one or have someone else do a walk around too before you drive away LOL.
Linda May I saw a guy with a b class that pulled a trailer covered with solar, the batteries and controls were inside the trailer. He plugged his rig into the trailer.
See if you can find magnetic contacts. I know they exist for audio cables and phone chargers for the specific purpose of easy disconnect in case your phone falls off the table or you walk away with your earbuds still plugged in.
The factory performed an incredible job! This video was a very interesting & informative introduction with great comparisons. Since we own a 15' Escape, we know you made an excellent choice! I would suggest you do your temperature comparison on a windless night to avoid bias! Looking forward to the results but I am thinking the egg will outperform the triangle.
Congrats on the new digs, Slim. Still not sure why you took out the sink instead of covering it with a cutting board. But, you made it like you want/need and the work done looks great! Happy trails.

This. Some also means there are air conditioner, and heater. In short, you can use it in any season. You might want to be connected (like at RV park) to seriously use the air conditioner (or at least as beefy generator). In short, it means the waterline is in the inside, warmed with the heater. It might cost you a lot in diesel generator fuel or rv campground fee - but for some this is required (those that do winter sport for example). So yeah, 4 season rated is actually a thing.
Truth is that whilst the wine is something we could live without, the same cannot be said for the toilet paper! That apart, your travel cabin is really lovely.
Wow that was fast. As a retired fiberglass tech I'll say - 2:40 That's why you pay a professional glass man to do the work, so you don't end up with a patch that looks like rough painted canvas or a cratered Moonscape. Now, as someone who lives on a boat I have a feeling you will find the non-insulated interior of the sink enclosure will be a condensation trap when camping in the winter. It *will* create a temperature barrier between the interior and outside shell, but any warm moist air that gets into the enclosure will end up condensing on the cold surface of the outer shell. I have a hanging closet on my boat. It has a teak door, and clothing hanging inside that all act effectively as a barrier to the cold, non insulated back wall, which is the exterior skin of the boat. Mostly during Jan, Feb and into March, that back wall looks like the inside of a shower stall. It is always dripping wet, constantly running water into the bottom of the closet. It drains into the bilge so standing water is not the problem for me, but it becomes a problem with mold and mildew if I don't periodically wipe the back wall down with chlorine water. A simple layer of regular home construction type (like R3) fiberglass insulation has corrected the problem for me this winter. I don't notice any savings on heating expense, but there has been no condensation to deal with. If you begin to small a moldy, musty smell, the sink enclosure is probably the culprit.
The ending is fantastic! Throne.... taking care of business...... thank you for the laugh! Well done! Question... will you be considering installing the pellet stove you designed into the new trailer? Glad to hear everything is going so well with the modifications.

I really admire your ability to see the possibilities in something. You have a real gift Slim.
Is it me or is there the exact same amount of wine in each glass....
Very nice trailer. Congrats Slim. Have fun converting.
I thought with the Corona virus going around you were going to try to sell me your toilet paper😂😂
That was my though... comes equipped with wine and toilet paper. The new "quarentina".
But seriously .. a pretty safe way to travel if one had to. It's a brave new world.
Be careful out there guys.
Last report I heard, gastrointestinal distress does not seem to be a component of Covid-19. Just respiratory distress.
Absolutely the best ending to any TH-cam video I have ever watched !! Well done .
LOL! I'm a girl, so I'm admiring that toilet. It doesn't matter where it is.
escapefromobamastan Agree! It’s more like use the toilet steadily and the table only if pouring rain. Eat outside otherwise!
NICE upgrade slim you will have more time to enjoy your camping trips now .
