Hi. I knit too, it’s helpful to visually recognize when an increase/decrease has been done - I hold up the work to the light and you can see the irregular increased/decreased stitch.
Love this type of video! Something I learned to keep track of increasing and non increasing rounds is to change the color of your stitch marker that marks the beginning of a new round! I use four orange stitch markers for each section and then a green stitch marker at the beginning of a regular round and then change it to blue for the increase rounds!
