Great seeing one of the last of the V8 Interceptors cruising my old stomping grounds, primed and ready for the Apocalypse. Outstanding, bro. I'm envious.

after my current experience with classic cars I'm not sure if I'll ever own another one but huge respect to all y'all who can put up with these things day to day
Maybe you got a bad one. These have had SO many hands put on them. All my dailys from mid 80s til 2002 had carbs points 4 speeds. Never once broke down.
@@gordocarbo been learning a lot since I posted that comment, I definitely got a lemon my friends talked me into getting another classic car and I went out of my way to find a nice one this time, night and day difference I got a really clean 3rd gen Camaro and it drives like a dream!
Baddest Nova I've seen yet on you tube!!! don't touch a thing. Back in 97 I bought a 69 same car same hood same tape on the lights .I miss that car bad.
This is in SD!. Back in the 80's, my brother had a 71 Nova. I was driving it when I was rear ended out in east El Cajon. Caved in the trunk and back bumper. Had to remove the bumper to get to the gas filler. Cops didn't like the bumper not there so we welded an I-beam across the back. At that point I painted in black across the back "Road Warrior". Car was a legend.
Enjoyed your video. Great job on one of the greatest iconic American muscle cars. The background shoots and driving down roads that muscle cars ounce dominated. Please make more, and a big thanks to you, and your crew!👍
That car makes me miss my novas. Had a 74 then a 71. The 71 had 55,000 miles on it. Originally 6 cylinder car gold color but was set up for v8 and painted gloss black by time I got it.
From Oceanside but now live in Agoura Hills. Your videos are dope to begin with and then randomly take place in areas I know, so makes it an even better watch
There may be newer and there maybe faster, but you are a hundred percent right. Nothing in the world like stomping down the pedal and hearing that 4 barrel open.
Four Speed, growing up with old cars we remember the sounds, like how the door closes, the boing of the springs as the bench seat is set back and how short first gear is and the long wind up through third. I think it’d be worth the effort to mic the car and put these sounds into the clip. Many cars can be identified just by the sounds and they’re cool sounds.
Back several years ago I had a 77' Hatchback. I pulled the old 305---dropped a showroom 350---275 HP in its place. I bomb- cannef it CHERRY RED. I hand--lettered the words, "RUFF' CUT" on the rear quarter panel. I raised and 'Beefed' the suspension front and back ( Equally). I eventually pulled the entire rear- end---including leaf springs. A neighbor just happened to have a 3.26 Pontiac complete rear set-up...Axels and ALL. I installed a "Tranni-kit," new, fresh tranni fluid and...WHAM! What a difference. Ruff Cut was a daily driver. I got a LOT of looks and comments.
@Four Speed Films i know this isn't a new video, but it just appeared on my main feed this evening. What an AWESOME short video. No fluff, just a start 'em up, and go for a rip. Glad to see the younger generation getting into older cars - ones that actually require wrenchin', and not a laptop with a couple of simple bolt-ons to make 'em go. Consider me SUBSCRIBED!
@@FourSpeedFilms lotsa hidden spots in 'dago...in the 70s there were a half dozen spots within 10 miles of the salt flats that were measured and marked for 1/4 mile runs....and as many spots out in east county and the border that were mapped and marked for two up twisty runs.........

I would prefer this car over any new car any day that car is sexy even if others think its junk that car is pure beauty to my eyes that's a dream car

Raider13 the fact that so many people would look at it and think it's junk just makes blowing their doors off with it that much sweeter....
@@TheMattc999 hell yea!
TheMattc999 i know right. It’s so sad.
Bruh, who would look at that as junk?? It's a classic muscle car!! And this is coming from a Japanese car loyalist!!
That car is 100% death proof
Adam Lenhardt 😂😂😂
how do you figure?
Only when you sit in the driver seat though ;)
Mark Richards wahts wrong with the movie?
True 😂💀
My ideal version of what a muscle car should look like. Rusty and mean yet beautiful.
