I have 2017 ATS-V sedan auto.
I bought it in 2020.
It only had 15k miles.
Afe drop in air filters came with it.
I had it dyno'd and saw 439 at the wheels. I'm fine with that. LoL!

Nice car. Atsv are definitely sleepers and saabs are the same way even knowing its a 2.8 single turbo. Definitely some pros and cons between the two but over all its the same motor. Gm made some changes and definitely put the strong internals in the V. I love these motors and its the number one reason why i have a rwd converted cavalier thats getting ready to have the saab 2.8 verson dropped i to it. I Like the 4 doors but i wanted a light coup. Should definitely be a fun car and im going manual with it also.
They sell an ATS-V coupe with a manual.... Also the cadillac isn't just fast its luxury...Something a saab and a Cavalier will NEVER have lol.

And they make cadillacs for other european countries too, saab even develops and builds their own cadillac models, like the cadillac BLS, its a europe only model, developed and manufactured 100% by saab. You goto the UK or europe or scandinavia and buy a cadillac, its going to be made by saab, the only thing on it that isnt saab is the branding, saab likely makes as many cadillacs as GM.
I don't even get 243 miles in my 2018 Cadillac ATS 2.0T Luxury. I'm lucky if its around 200. LOL. The ATS is EXTREMELY slept on. The cars i've beaten i won't even mention cause people not gonna believe me anyways lol. But i'll put it like this. The ONLY car i've ever lost to was a 2020 BMW X6 Comp. Now if i had the Ats-V like you that wouldn't of happened. Especially with Schmitty's tune! But even with ONLY a ZZP tune and ZERO mods the ATS has hit 11.2 seconds in a 1/4 mile. The ATS-V zero mods i've seen hit 10 seconds with Schmittys tune. The ATS/ATS-V are SLEEPERS.

It looks like you are on Gandy Bridge heading into Tampa from St. Pete. Go out around 11:30 pm Saturday night and return to the Gandy area. Alot of fast cars are there. Everything from Italian supercars, GTRs and Gen. 4 Supras to "Old A-Body/G-Body Muscle" and Boosted Fox bodies. Depending on the TPD & State Trooper status in the area, it can be a fun & fast night good for making videos. I have to ask, if you hate FL., why are you still here?

I wouldn't recommend buy a brand-new car especially if it's going to be four cylinder get yourself like a 2016 AtsV if you're going to spend that type of money

Never an issue the car lifts off the ground once on e it’s like being on a roller coaster the car just pushes you with superpowers definitely do e !

Any more feedback on the shift time using the paddles? Have you ever driven a DCT or PDK, how’s it compare? It looks really quick on the up shifts but slower on the down. I live in CA with tons of traffic and looking to get an ATVS in auto but I’d appreciate your input.

The 6 speed would be smoother to drive honestly the 8 speed auto is kinda clunky at times and is slower downshifting when tuned but on the upside the 8 speed is crazy when getting into 3rd plus it will pull like crazy and still have plenty of walking room but traffic wise I use the paddles !!!!

I've been thinking about getting one of these after I get out of the Air Force. How's the cost of maintenance and how much do you usually pay for insurance?
Maintenance is good about 130$ for oil changes and rear tires get expensive if you burn em about 300$ at least per tire car insurance is about 500$ full coverage but my mom has a plan with our fam so I don’t pay it I did get stuck with a high car payment and a high apr so it sucks but the car makes it worth paying so much for it thank you for your service I’m thinking about going army

I got a 14 cts4 2.0 and I swear every car tries to race me. I had a fuggin telluride try n run me and dude was pist when he couldn't clap a 4. Slowly modding the LTG to legit sleeper levels. Disabled Vet tag reads ISSA4 so they have to look at that if I pull on em. If I can't? Well ISSA4 😂
The LTG engine is in my 2018 Cadillac ATS 2.0T luxury as well. The LTG is really underrated and its spec times are faster than what cadillac says they are. ZZP has an ATS pushing 500+ WHP.
@EliteOnTheBeat yup! When I couldn't find a v power or v at a reasonable price, not crashed, and with low miles, I decided on my 2014. Had literally every single possible option ticked. I'm actually in the process of buying hptuners and then I'm ordering a remote tune for it. I've never been into cars before I had this and I'm absolutely loving it. Stay blessed brother!
