I would ditch that zzp heat shield and get a ptp turbo blanket for the hot side of the turbo and GFB DV+ for the turbo. You’ll spoil quicker and make more boost sooner.
The zzp heat shield is just for looks to clean up the engine bay. It looks way better than the OEM heat shield. Also theirs no reason why you can't have BOTH the ZZP heat Shield and the Turbo Blanket? 😏

The ats isn’t a heavy car at all wtf are you talking about? 2.0t rwd is 3300 lbs and stock 0-60 5.7 my 05 sts4 is heavy! It weighs 4300 lbs and is only 320hp 315tq 0-60 in 5.9-6.1
Have you seen or heard of the CHECK engine Light being issue running lean code after doing muffler delete. I have 2.0 Premium I want to do this too but I'm hesitant. The L4 are known for that p0171 code. I don't know if it would be worth the headache with muffler delete and cold intake if I'm going to always have CEL on the dash. I'm seeing various post speaking on a Tune will be needed if I do these mods and that can be very costly from what I see. I'm not trying to build a V I just some nice not to costly upgrades. Any insight would be welcomed.
Did you ever do any upgrades? I have a 2.0 sport. Was going to do a muffler delete but heard a few ATS do it and wasn't interested in that sound. I love it just want to tweak it a bit. Thanks in advance
I did Muffler delete with ypipe added ZZP intake filter and a catch can set up. Sounds great plus added more powerful take-off when in sport mode. I still get p0171 when the weather gets hot humid but with these 2.0 that's a common code.

Thanks for the video. Anyone know if the ATS 2.0 exhaust is that same as a 2022 CT4? Having a hell of a time finding aftermarket parts. I know where the pipes come out are exactly the same but I also have have that big ass muffler. I was going to do a muffler delete but would prefer to add something. Shop said they could delete it and put it back on if I didn't like the sound. Thanks I'm advance
It's a bit of work to install it, but the best looking thing you can do to the grill on these IMO. You have to buy the precut mesh piece and then modify the existing surround. th-cam.com/video/_Y0kr5G88lo/w-d-xo.html
YES, thats correct! The CTS-V legnth i believe is 197.6 and the ATS is only 183.6. Quite a size difference. I'd note that the rear seats in the ATS are really only good for kids. Its only 3 inches longer than a cobalt so its a very compact car. I know i own BOTH. ;)

Yep...4500 ish total! That 3500 is "curb weight".
Yeah they only weigh 3400 lbs which is not much at all...

How do you make the turbo that Loud? I’ve had a 2.0 for some time and it is not even close to that
Intake will allow you to hear the spool and blow off valve tremendously...I also put a go fast bits bov on mine and MAN it sound menacing!

That car has diff issues that i hope were addressed. Looks like the driver side axle seal went out, its spewing fluid all over the exhaust.

Zzp cold air intake makes it sound loud like that I just installed one in my car and I love it
I have the first gen ZZ 3 in turbo back exhaust and I think is sounds better.

Do you realize that you have the 2 of the wheels on in the wrong place? The passenger rear should be on the driver front and vice versa.
I actually only worked on the exhaust. probably the other shop that did his alignment messed it up.
Washers ? Not how you do that just use another hanger …
