Thank you for showcasing the power of comfortable-for-everyone bike infrastructure and e-bikes. The folks riding near you in London were obviously people who were just commuting or running errands. THAT is the power of bikes as transport. The Lime e-bikes in Washington, D.C. (and our electric versions of "Boris Bikes" with Capital Bikeshare) have been game changers. I live next to a busy urban bike/walk trail and the number of families that use it for the school run is growing every semester.
Glad to see you back after that epic trip Ben. Hope you can just tip over into making cycling your full time occupation. I’m sure you’ll have no shortage of support and sponsorship due to your infectious enthusiasm once you take the decision. Your talents are too good to waste!
Very much enjoyed the change of pace from the India adventure! Really hope you get the support you need to help transition to a full time job in the cycling world in some way. It is so blatantly obvious from this video, that good infrastructure gets more people on bikes. And availability of bikes gets more people on bikes.
Luton Airport. OMG I've been through there SO often. But, to be fair, some of the security staff were so very friendly and pleasant. The Summer holiday circus? Is not.
Ben....You are a joy to follow. What a fun 'adventure' you 2 had in the big city on rental Lime bikes. Why the scalp treatment? You have a handsome bald head. Is there an advantage (besides personal tat) to this procedurte? Looking forward to your next 'ride'. 😉❤
ben!... so lovely to see you, man. a pleasure meeting foxy (spelling correct?) as well. your partner? i'd like to take this opportunity to cheer you on regarding your phasing into full time bike work. i'm sure it's scary as hell but, hey, it *_CAN_* be done. that leap is terrifying, i am sure, but you got a lot of ground covered already and the hunger seems to be there. ever onward! and a question: how pleased have you been with your smp treatments? i hadn't heard of this approach. it looks quite interesting. :)
Hi Ben, big fan. I just have a couple of questions to ask you if you don’t mind… You seem fit, How long have you been riding for? I know you like exploring, but if you were to explore locations outside of your local area, what mode of transport would you use to get to said location? And finally, what is it about having a bike that you enjoy the most? Cheers
Hi Jonny. Glad your a fan. I’m very fit. I love exploring. I love Birmingham if I had a choice I’d explore Birmingham daily. What I love about the bike is all great pictures the new Team cycles photographer takes of me. The old photographer needed more passion more energy. He’s gone now anyway. Feel free to ask more questions you big fan.
Those Lime bikes are very expensive. Cheaper to get an Uber. We also have them in South of France. They are taking over the world and making the founders in Silicon Valley billionaires.

A small correction "Disgraced, Queen liar, lazy, incompetent, sacked Prime Minister Boris Bikes" is the full name

A 30 minute lime pass would've made the ride £3.99, 60 minute passes are £6.99 - it's the only affordable way to use lime and they hide it away!
🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
this is the way.

Yes really happy. Did my research and picked the right guy.
Which is heavier, your full bike packing setup or the Lime bike?
You know what….. probably the same
😂 where's the more passion more energy 😂
Who would have taught a rent a bike will be fun ❤
I am very curious to hear about that helmet, what brand is that? Detachable parts, great for holiday
Hey, I made a full video on it in India. See below. 👇🏾 🫡
Well that was a bit of fun. Did Foxy not fancy the scalp treatment?
Maybe 👀

TfL bikes are a lot cheaper than Lime.
7 pounds for 27 minutes is freaking expensive tbh
